Keep in mind I only watched through Ep 17, so I don't know any of the stuff you mentioned.

The FL is super important to me -- significantly more important than the ML. I usually drop dramas bc of the FL characterization and development (or lack thereof). It isn't about physical strength. She didn't even give support to her injured teammates. How can I respect a FL like that? Look at Bai Jiu, he's physically weak but so courageous and even ran over to his teammate to give him a healing pill.

You can defend her all you want. It's your opinion.

No I'm not talking about physically weak at all. I'm talking about lack of courage and action. You're telling me that it's ok she sat on the floor crying the entire battle scene in Ep 16-17 while all her teammates fought? And that she didn't even get up to go check on the injured teammates? Nor did she at least hide herself to avoid being a sitting duck easily used? Look at Bai Shuo from Moonlight Mystique -- she didn't have the ability to fight against demons, but you never saw her sit down like a helpless baby crying for help. She was brave and took action always. That is the difference between Wen Xiao and Bai Shuo, and why I could not stand Wen Xiao.

Try Legend of ShenLi and Till the End of the Moon? These two xianxias were amazing too.

For me, Legend of ShenLi, Till the End of the Moon and Love Between Fairy and Devil were the last three with intense love stories that really touched my heart.

Lol I see. I'm taking a break after Ep 17 bc that was too much damsel in distress for my taste lol. If I continue again later, it'll be purely for the two main MLs' storyline, plus Edward Guo's spellbinding cinematography.

P.S. I'm on the next episode (Ep 17) now and OMG she's still on the floor crying like a helpless baby. Even when her teammates were brave to attack and got hurt, she stayed right where she was, not even running over to check on them (only continuously crying). Really pathetically written character, esp for the main FL. Sigh

I'm really annoyed with Wen Xiao being super weak and always acting like a "damsel in distress," even after she becomes the Goddess. I'm in Ep 16 right now and she's still like this. Does she ever toughen up? I might drop if she continuously needs others to save her. I only like strong FLs.
