I actually love that FL does not forgive ML easily. Just put yourself in her shoes and ask yourself the question: Would you forgive ML easily if he embarrassed you in front of your entire class by announcing on the speakers that he doesn't like you and will NEVER like you?
SURPRISINGLY GOOD!!! I actually almost gave up after watching Ep 1-6 bc I was tired of the ML rejecting the FL plus watching the FL put on a fake sweet/cutesy act, but I decided to give it one more chance by watching Ep 7, and I'm SO GLAD I did!!!! From Ep 7 onwards, the FL stops chasing the ML and her fake sweet/cutesy act drops. This time, she focuses on herself, and the ML starts the chase instead. Don't miss out on this drama just bc you didn't like Ep 1-6. Watch at least Ep 7 first before calling quits. :)))) Enjoy!!!!
Laughing joyfully throughout Ep 1, and then I'm crying at the beginning of Ep 2. Lol what an emotional rollercoaster, but I love it!!! Esther Yu is so adorable, sweet and hilarious, and Xu Kai complements her so well with his charm and wit!!
I actually almost dropped this drama for similar reasons you listed. I had dropped at Episode 10. But after staying away for two weeks, I decided to come back and try one more time -- and funny enough, I totally binged it from Ep 11 - 38 for the past two days! I'm so glad I decided to stick with it. So I would say -- try one more time -- it gets better and better starting with Ep 11 when the Nether Realm is introduced. It's even better when A'Yin comes back as the powerful Phoenix Queen and finally, everyone who was horrible to her will get their comeuppance!
Thank you, yes, I've seen that one. I'm looking for one that shows all the HaoYan scenes, not just an MV or FMV. So it should be like 2-4 hrs worth of scenes compiled into one or two videos.
