Uri ML's mom almost made me cry. 😭 She really loved her friend. I love this drama and its social commentary on so many different type of workers the system is failing to protect.
I think hosu only treats Ji Yun as friends and Ji Yun can sense that too. he’s also protecting Miji’s act…
But that's my point. He has never been in a relationship with Mi Rae and he has always liked Mi Ji. He could've said that to Ji Yun since the beginning. It doesn't matter that the girls switched places because that's true regardless. And this doesn't affect Mi Rae at all unless Ji Yun was determined to spread some weird rumor (which I don't think would happen).
And he's treating her like a friend, but at the same time he's giving her a little hope. She thinks that if she pushes him a little he's going to respond "yes" to everything she says, because he keeps agreeing to meet with her even when he knows that she's just trying to make something else happen.
I'm kinda hoping there's a scene we still haven't seen of him rejecting her in the car. Because if he's acting like this after a clear rejection, then I think it's fine. But if he never was clear with her about them having zero chance then he's being a bit cruel, imo.
1. Ahhhhh, the way he closed his eyes🥺2. I wish more people were like Ho Su and minded their own business.3. This is gonna sound weird, but I loved the way their limps matched and they couldn't run to each other but instead they were walking fast.4. I too like the rumors. 😏
1. I love that everyone knew their secret. We didn't need the twins to tell anyone the truth, and there wasn't an accidental reveal either. Mi Ji and Mi Rae are two completely different people and anyone who has been around them would notice that they're not who they say they are. I mean, the girls didn't even try to act like each other, lmao. It would be ridiculous for people to not catch that.
And that also speaks volumes about the girls relationship with their mother. I feel bad for her.
2. The romance is unnecessarily complicated. Like, Ho Su why can't you tell Ji Yun that you don't like her and you never will? You like Mi Ji and you know it bro. So why go along with wtv JY says? And Mi Ji, why make such a big deal about everything when you refuse to be honest with Ho Su?
3. I love everything, but I find the lack of communication between the sisters kinda wild. I'm fine with the sisters not putting effort into acting like each other, but couldn't they just share some information? Mi Rae almost made Mi Ji's relationship with her bestie become awkward because she didn't know what type of relationship they have. But that was completely unavoidable because all Mi Rae had to do was ask. And Mi Ji would tell her "we treat each other like this. You can treat him like that. This is normal, that is not".
And same for Mi Ji. She needs to at least tell Mi Rae that Park guy is going back to the office next week and that they're in a project together. She also should tell her that she got close with a coworker and a client. Ji Yun and Ho Su know she's Mi Ji, so that's fine, but if they didn't that would be another two relationships she should be explaining to Mi Rae.
How did MJ reveal her identity? In the preview it seems he still thinks it’s MR. She never came out and said…
We have seen his relationship with Mi Rae. That girl showed zero interest in him. He knows she didn't like him, and she even acted in a way that made him think she knew his feelings with Mi Ji and was cool with it (that's why he was so opened about it before). So the fact that she's acting like this makes zero sense. She said that they didn't climb together. How is Mi Rae supposed to know that? And the fact that he visited "Mi Ji" who acted super weird as if she didn't even remember that day? And then the confession about liking him too when she was talking about his relationship with Mi Ji the whole time? I'm sorry but if he doesn't know he's stupid. 🤣 The visit alone should've made him realize that they switched places since now he can compare their attitude/personality in real time.
1. Mi Ji is me. I am Mi Ji. ㅠㅠ She's so relatable it hurts. 2. Okay, there's no gaslighting that can make anyone ignore the fact that MJ just revealed her identity. Ho Su can't be confuse anymore. 3. I'm worried that Tae I (data guy) saw or knows something about Mi Rae's sexual harassment case and that's why he has been keeping his eyes on her. I think he feels guilty about something... I hope I'm wrong. I want him to just be a normal guy. 3. Can we get Mi Rae some therapy? ㅠㅠ 4. Grandma is the world. 5. The younger actors have such an awesome chemistry and they portrait the characters so well. Loveeee them. Mi Ji's teen version is in my top three fave characters.
I like got7 but jinyoung shouldn't be an actor tho he isnt good at it all...i dont get it why he keeps getting…
Since when people need to ask permission to do wtv job they want? I'm pretty sure you wouldn't like if a random person started asking you why you have the job you have and then said that you're not good at it. Like, he can do wtv he wants? He doesn't owe anyone anything? lol I get that you don't like his acting, but the way you phrased that was crazy.
I really like the show. And apparently millions of other people do too.ON NETFLIX TOP TEN WORLDWIDE SINCE IT STARTED…
Even romcoms with serial killers and psycho mother in laws get less hate lmao. I don't get what's the big deal about this show that's making people talk like the white truck of doom had made a cameo or something.
Maybe it's because it's a 10 episode drama, therefore, everything is happening faster? But still, the pace of the show doesn't feel weird or anything. It's the same romcom but with less episodes lmao.
In the initial 10 mins Beom-Woo seems highly capable director. After that I don't know what he turns into, but…
BW was going around stealing recipes and making his chef feel like trash, I don't know if that qualifies as "capable director". The guy had little to no respect for the industry he was supposed to represent...
I feel so lonely, where's the people who still like this show?
1. I didn't dislike the ex plot because it helped us understand how our FL got here and she also was able to find closure with her past. 2. I love the romance because it is so refreshing to have a tsundere FL who doesn't stops being a tsundere because she likes the dude now. She is who she is, and she expresses affection the way she can. But what I like the most about this is that the ML gets her and tries to make things work. And she also lets him be, even when he gets all weird and intense. lol 3. I love that the ML has found actual respect for cooking.
Agreed! HN is such a great character and KSH is really stepping out of her comfort zone with this role. I don’t…
She's so cool. And I like that she seems to be the only one who actually prefers this path (it was her dream to be a cop). I think this job suits her better (I just want more of her action scenes).
It's just part of the cycle. People will always hate on female characters no matter what, so I'm not even shocked they're already saying she's boring or wtv. Internalized misogyny is real.
Is it just me, or does anyone feel like Dong Ju's character is pretty similar to Dong Man in "Fight for My Way"?
I think the only similar thing is that they used to box and now they're broke. But personality wise they're crazy different. And their overall story too.
I love how they're so badass but in a hilarious way. And I know many don't like the romance, but can you blame these guys for falling in love with HN? I fell for her too after watching her shoot those guys.
I, too, don't think this drama needed romance, but at least the show doesn't make it that big of a deal. And the ML being all clingy makes sense for his character. Dude's like that in every aspect of his life, not only with his crush.

PS. Convenience store guy is sus ( in a good way). So mysterious.
I feel bad for my girl.
