Great article although I dropped this drama after two episodes. I found it super boring. I couldn't stand the…
I understand you, I didn't like the two main lead characters at first, but trust me, they develop a lot! Especially Yoon Seo, she's so lovable and quite different from what we saw in episode 1 and 2^^ But if you didn't like the first two episodes at all, then maybe this drama is really not for you :c I agree that WWWSK went downhill a bit, it was too slow-paced for my taste but since I had only two episodes a week I didn't mind it. I loved A poem a day though, but I'm just a fan of medical dramas so maybe that's the reason why I loved it so much ~~
this is not as bad as i thought it would be, but the main plot hasn't started yet, so who knows... but so far i like it han ji min is such a great actress, seriously. i can't believe how many negative comments i've seen about her but i can't understand why??
i don't mind age gaps at all. if the couple has good chemistry, i will support them i love soo ha and hye sung and i think they're the perfect example that age gap doesn't matter when it comes to good acting well i can imagine because i used to be in a relationship with both younger and older boy (not at the same time ofc lol) it's not something strange, i think people are being too overdramatic sometimes anyways, thank you for the article!
TT agree with you specially for My Mister and Life On Mars, i haven't watched Mr. Sunshine so i won't comment…
If you've seen Goblin or DOTS (the same director) and you liked the cinematography, then trust me, Mr. Sunshine is even better when it comes to cinematography. Lee Eung Bok does his job brilliantly. TSHLYE was not bad but still I'm surprised by its popularity.
Okay, I do not intend to offend anyone, but I'm very surprised seeing the results. For the best drama, I didn't expect that TSHLYE will win, I didn't know it's that popular here lol. It was not a bad drama so why not, it deserves this award. But best screenwriter? It wasn't her idea in the first place, because TSHLYE is a remake so she just used the main idea and maybe changed it a little bit. Don't get me wrong, the drama IS well-written, but still... My mister's screenwriter should have won, if you've seen My Mister then you know what masterpiece this drama is. And also, for the best director, Mr. Sunshine has one of the best cinematography I've ever seen, it can't be compared to TSHLYE in my opinion. And for best action/thriller/suspense drama, TSHLYE? Really, again? How? You have Life On Mars and even Lawless Lawyer, but TSHLYE? It was melodrama more than anything else, then why? How? (At least it won the melodrama award lol) The other awards are okay though, it still feels strange that Just Between Lovers and I'm not a robot are here, I feel like it's been ages since I watched them lol So anyway, I think TSHLYE fans just voted for the drama in every category they could without thinking objectively.
Thank you, Yoo Hyun Mi, for writing this masterpiece. And also thanks to the director, staff etc for creating this drama. And thanks to whoever decided to use It's okay, that's love bg music!
I cried a lot during the last episode, especially when Cha and his daughter were dancing, it was just... wow. Once again, thank you Yoo Hyun Mi for writing this.
to be honest, this drama is one big mess, but so far, i like this big mess. yes, jong suk is here, but this is still a rom-com drama that has a plot we've already seen many times, so you shouldn't expect something big. plus is noona romance, which annoys many people i guess? i don't mind the age gap between the leads honestly. yes, she does looks older, but... that's how it's supposed to be? because her character is also older that the male lead, so everything is as it should be. so if you don't like noona romances, i definitely do not recommend this, because it will bother you a lot. the first episode was fine, all the things with her husband were confusing as sh*t, so i really hope the writer will explain everything well later...
(and also for na young's bangs... have y'all seen reunited worlds? if you haven't, go and see the main female lead's bangs there and na young's bangs won't bother you anymore)
i actually don't want the same cast, i don't want the same characters to suffer that much again, it was enough the first time. i mean, even if they cast new actors, if they keep the original idea and the quality of it, then i'm fine with it
The story : interesting because I like the time travel theme The cast : hmm han ji min nah worst female lead but…
i don't understand why everyone hates han ji min... i mean, i don't know how she used to be, but she was amazing in familiar wife and also in her short movie with hyung sik so i don't see why is everyone so disappointed that she will play the main lead.. like why?...
I'm so confused after that ending. Was it a dream or did he kill himself to go back in the dream? Was An Min Seok…
it was all a dream i think, it was dream in a dream when he killed himslelf if it was all real, then this drama should have a time-travel tag, but it doesn't have it, because he didn't travel back in time for real, it was all his dream, that's how i think idk, it was mind-blowing
I don't like how you generalize what a binge watcher should be like. I don't avoid long Chinese dramas, actually…
i never said that rom-coms are the best for binge-watching though. when we were young is not a rom-com. i recommended these dramas because i think they are easy to watch, not because they're rom-coms. plus i prefer binge-watching investigation/law dramas, but i didn't recommend any shows of this genre because i don't think many people will find them binge worthy

1:05:20 - episode 20 when yeh suh's mum and woo joo's mum were talking to each other
I cried a lot during the last episode, especially when Cha and his daughter were dancing, it was just... wow. Once again, thank you Yoo Hyun Mi for writing this.
