Which clearly shows that this was not about reclaiming the debt from Sae Ron, but a means to push her down on the ground. But if that happened, KSH would be suspicious how KSR was able to secure funds and probably charge more interest.

You know this reminds me of back in the day, when weed was still illegal in my country, that weed operators, when caught, will serve some time, and then when released, will open another grow op. The money they earn is too lucrative that they are willing to risk going back to jail. You would think that these people will learn their lesson, but hey, a sinner's life is too tempting for them to pass on.

One of the masterminds of the Burning Sun Scandal, Seungri, only served 1.5 years in Jail for all the bad things that he did that is probably 10 times worse than KSH. Now, He's busy gallivanting around Asia trying to look for "business opportunities," and still to this very day, blames the whistleblower for his downfall, instead of owning up to his mistakes.

So people like these, whose only regret is that they get caught, have no real shame and would do it again and again and again and again as long as they live.

Yes, that may have changed in more recent times, but in this instance, what's in the courts right now, is not whether KSH dated a minor or not, but the defamation and stalking cases. If let's say, KSH is proven to r!pe KSR for example, no matter how rich he is in Korea, he will go to jail. No doubt about that.

So, the lawsuits filed in court right now will be similar to what they call as civil or commercial litigation in China. and yes, there may improvements to the way that these perpetrators are punished in China, but the system is still skewed in favor of the haves vs the have-nots.

That's why I mentioned that legally, KSR's family doesn't have leg to stand on especially when the law doesn't count him dating a minor illegal. But in the court of public opinion, he's pretty much doomed.

Yes, the cards are stacked against KSR's family. That is why they need the public's help in turning the tide in their favor. They have no chance at all if they brought any of these to the court first.

It's not just Korea....China and other similarly patriarchal and power-oriented societies typically favor the rich. Even third world countries follow a similar construct, especially in Asia. The "courts" or "legal system" try to serve its own best interest and the victims, who are usually poor, suffer the consequences.

This is not good news for KSR'S family. However, it also depends on the decision of the court. Because there's another legal expert who has an opposite view of the matter (in that KSH will likely lose).

So ultimately it comes down to. not necessarily the truth, but which side can argue better. Unfortunately in most cases, the winning arguments have come from the side who has the more dough.

So he is confirming that it is indeed him with KSR here in 2018, but she was 19 (and not 17) because he was saying at that time the Korean age system was used. So physically she's 17, but legally she's 19. So technically he was telling the truth when they dated when she was 19 because he was referring to her Korean age.

Using the same logic, can we then say that what KSR meant when they were dating when they were 15, was that, she was actually 13 physically, but 15 officially???
So would KSH twist the law in his favor by saying that the age of consent was 16 using pre-2023 Korean official age, but 14 using international age, so technically he could date a 14 year old if he wanted to?? Or if using pre-2020 SK law, 13 is actually 11 and it will be okay??????

A word of advice to KSH, when you make up lies and excuses, at least make them consistent and fool-proof. Don't overestimate yourself and imagine yourself as a great magician, by putting a coin in your hand, toss it from left to right, and expect people not to figure out that you just hid the coin perhaps in your red underwear that you so love.
