this show just makes me angry.
people being pissed at Yeo Reum about not reporting the dude for vandalism, when in the past the same people convinced Bom not to report her father for stabbing her with a knife by an accident.

I think that's my biggest issue - it has too many conflicting moments and messages as if the writer has no idea what exactly they want to tell... Like... 2 episodes left. It's a bit too late for characters development in my book.

and now it turned into a murder mystery... I just... if it was 16 episode I would drop it.

The drama is a product I as a viewer consume, and if I find it lacking I will write about it.
The romance was a big part of the story, but even putting it aside, the show had many other issues. It's not like the romance was only bad thing is overall perfect show

I just felt like we were getting bits and pieces of subplots but never the full story < this perfectly sums it up. They introduced too many plots and did not truly elaborate on any...

bad news, it is already normalized. < exctly why it should face even more criticism. Because it's normalized.
It's not true the trope would live no matter what. In straight romance we have fish barely touching lips surprised kissing as a norm, viewers started to complain a lot, now we get normal kissing scenes.

bad tropes should not be normalized lol They should be pointed out so maybe the writers will at some point understand how stupid the writing of their show is and try to fix it.

I honestly cannot think of any possibility of this still being a misunderstanding in a real life. I guess I do - if he actually quit and they lost contact. You can't fix a misunderstanding when you don't even talk to the person in the first place. But with them still meeting and seeing each other one way or another, this misunderstanding makes NO SENSE lol

Random thought, but you know what I like? The fact the mom is actually not this evil person ready to crush kids dreams just because. They showed us just one (Gun's) perspective in episode 1, but with each and every episode they made sure that we can see she is just... an adult, doing her job and she does not hate these kids hahaha

I feel like they just got a lot closer during the tutoring, so Gun slowly warmed up to Tinn. But as Shalmali said, the pool and bed scene especially were the moments that Gun might have felt there is more to it than just - it's not that bad hanging out with Tinn.

Tho I guess we will know as the show progesses. Wouldn't be the first drama to have 2 dude pinning for each other completely unaware of each other's feelings hahaha

I liked episode 1. Was is lacking? Probably. I guess I watched it at the right time - tired after work and needing something easy to follow.

I don't think he is cold in how we usually use the word cold about male leads. He is more straightforward, but he does talk a lot, takes initiative and is observant.

Didn't know it's a manga adaptation. But i actually liked first episode. Maybe my standards hit rock bottom coz of all the short kbls 😂

True, they don't need to drink this amount of alcohol to provide the comedy bits tho. My point is, the drama lacks realism in ALL aspects.
The same way people would not survive this amount of alcohol drinking, the same way they would not get cured by nature.
And she did have surgery, it's not like the cancer disappeared with no medical procedures... I would for sure get annoyed if they skipped the whole hospital stay and surgery and when into mountain from the start. But she did get treated first, so I kind of written it off as more healing after procedure than actually healing from the cancer.

while I hate the curing with nature the same way I hate curing mental issues with power of love, it's not like her recovery is more unrealistic than the amount of alcohol they were able to drink in season 1. If they went for realism, they would die episode 3 from alcohol poisoning ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
