Me too I loved ATCY! So so good and Jeon Yeo Been’s acting was on another level. When she had to switch between Han Jun Hee and Min Ju you could tell the difference right away 😂😭 it was almost scary

I’m dead she said she just imagined Jang Uk and Mudeok were reincarnated in another life and they ended up together

Thanks, I found the thread 😭 at least the person who linked it wasn’t bashing me. One thing I appreciate about redditors is how honest a lot of them are. They don’t hype a drama just for the sake of hyping it. I’m not at all offended by people who disagree with me as it is just their opinion. Like I say, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure 😭🤭

I am happy we can agree in some areas. As previously mentioned, I believe I became quite weary as a result of watching this on a weekly basis. If I had watched it all at once, I believe my experience would have been slightly different. But I do think 7/10 is fair... it was my initial score, but I was trying to see if it actually met what I consider a 7, and I thought this drama had more drawbacks / flaws than positives, so I reduced my rating. Also it was very forgettable imo and I would not rewatch which played a part too. Instead of feeling delighted or enthusiastic at the end of it, I was weary / exhausted since I thought it might have been so much better especially with such a promising start, The writing just got worse with each episode after the midpoint (episode 8) and I was so over it. Some people would ask why didn’t I drop it? I felt too invested at that point and I was hoping the drama would turn it around and prove me wrong, but alas – it did not.

I'm sorry it just didn't stand out to me 😭 Initially I gave it a 7 and lowered it to a 6.5. S1 was a 9, almost a 9.5 or a 10 but the ending... 💔

One day I will have to give to another watch and see if my feelings towards part 2 changes. I doubt it though 🥲

This comment is so relatable! I definitely felt the same after watching. They left us with too many unanswered questions and a sloppy / rushed ending which just left me feeling dissatisfied and slightly annoyed. I wish we got 2 bonus episodes to make up for the crazy drama that happened for the 15+ hrs like you said.

I totally get what you mean but I slightly irritated to not even see him defend So Min or tell his fans to stop saying mean things in the comments lol 😂 just made me dislike him a bit but the drama was meh. Part 1 was amazing but Part 2 is pretty much nonexistent to me 😭

Right! I had exact same feeling as you when I watched. S2 was all over the place and felt disconnected to S1. You are totally right about LJW he is a good actor, but I started to dislike him a bit when people said he preferred Yoon Jung over So Min and were spreading rumors about a possible offscreen romance. But whether that's true or not he's now dating someone called Karina so ppl can stop with the fighting / unnecessary shipping. yes, I hope he gets better roles since his last drama The Impossible Heir was a flop.

Shi Oh is amazing and everyone else sucked majorly. For the hell of it you should just speed watch the last episode just to see how it all went down. If not, I hope you find a much better drama ❤️

Yeah I agree, it's good for a beginner but nothing special once you've seen a lot of dramas 😭 I personally don't believe this deserves more than a 7/10 but everyone has their own rating and personal preferences. The plot was stagnant and going nowhere / in circles. That for me was frustrating bc you'd think a lot should be happening but then... it's not 💀 10 episodes, 12 maximum would've done this drama good. It would force them to actually wrap up the story and come up with a better plot and have less plot holes or filler eps
