Imo they could’ve ended it at part 1. I would’ve been heartbroken and disappointed but fine nonetheless. Part 2 is honestly a mess compared to part 1. The vibes are different, there’s a change in actress. It’s a whole different feel and takes getting used to. I also feel like the events are more fast paced so there’s a point where the show gets choppy and seems like it’s missing / lacking a lot. I watched this some time ago so it’s not rlly fresh in my mind but Part 2 was a let down imo. My friend who watched recently started part 2 and decided to drop after the 2nd episode. She said she prefers part 1’s ending and made up her own alternate ending LOL.

My friend said she could not get behind the change in actress and she dropped S2 as a recent watcher. I'm pretty sure a lot of other watchers share the same sentiments. The show didn't feel the same and lost all its magic imo. S2 didn’t have the same impact S1 did

Thank you so much! I also totally know how you feel, it started off well then ended up being a let down for me. Same, I preferred KHY in Sky Castle and EY more than this. Also, you are so right... I don't see why I should have to "love" and "hype up" this drama bc everyone else does. I wanted to give an honest and unbiased review bc I really tried with this drama. It was just an average watch for me, basic and forgettable.
