I don't have words to express how disgusting and hate worthy this drama is. The Kotoko in this drama is truly a wretched and a bad person forcing herself on another person so consistently. She actually guilt tripped ML in loving her. His mother actually harmed him more. And that small kid is one of the worst kind of kid written in history. This drama is actually mindfu*kingly awful. The ML actually have no back bone. He does nothing other than sulking and getting irritated. Never once speaks his mind. And the actress who portrayed Kotoko is truly bad. No one has ever irritated me at such a level than her. If you can avoid this one avoid it without any second thought. The later rendition is watchable. But skip this one.

She is just proficient in playing the role of stubborn spoiled brat kind of a girl who is quick to get angry and misunderstand others. No variations. I really miss NiF. People interpret the charachters from their pov. I do really understand why people call Li Changge 1-d. I also understand why it is an empowered character to few. It varies based on our perception. Lets understand here. The charachter is written that way as stubborn or kind of foolish sometimes because it is essentially a plot device to make up for scenes and plot lines where ML and FL can interact and get to know each others feelings. It is simply just that.
Yoon Soo Hyun dying was the best and satisfying part of the drama. Kim Ga On not dying was the most disappointing part of the drama. Never thought writing good characters was such a tough job. Such level of naivety and foolishness. Did they really deserved to be police and judge?
Left a bitter taste after the watch. Forgetting the promise for one and then leaving the boy behind once again seemed too cruel for me. The cruelty was further compounded by the fact that boy waited for all these year. Don't understand the koreans obsession with abandoning the loved ones.
