Because we see innocent Song Hye Kyo, alone, hurt, in love with a guy who is hard on her and to top that, is living in her own former house as a maid. Yet she still tries to keep her fieriness. This drama ticked all the boxes.

Yeah. I gave up a minute ago.

I am at 16th episode and am having same thoughts! LOL!

I too agree with you. I am watching it now and I am at 16th episode. And I am like what the hell? The writer is just a sadist. The sister of FL is so awful. I mean I get it she wants to live a luxurious life. But she can atleast try to be happy with her husband. She doesn't even take efforts. And her mother in law. I mean, you really have to write so one directional and so hateful charachter? The FL is pathetic with no backbone and an opportunist. And so is her dad. I mean the writer is I think really into sadomasochism. I am now like why the hell did I start this drama?

Hey he gets the shoulder in next episode. They have shown it at the end for next epi promos.

HD's mom says in one of the early epiosde, YJ is back. So its safe to assume Yj is very much alive.

I am thinking they might be in a relationship till 2007 or even get married. The only problem with this is HD'd daughter's family name is Kim. SO this theory is very very unstable. Its just to assuage minds till next episode. Be positive. Hwaiting!!

I have a theory. Its a whacky theory but it still satisfies our desire to have a happy ending.
So if you have seen glimpses of next episode, you might see YJ and HD lying in bed together. It may be a hint towards them doing it. And hence the kid. And hence 2521 might have happy ending. I know, its crazy to think this, but hey, we should try to get through next week.

Just when the scene was tense or of family bonding or YJ going on air, there was a funny turn. Be it removing a thread or telling parents about having a boyfriend or having a whacky idea to park the car.
Through out the episode we are saying Back Yi -Jin , just drop it and run to Hee Do. But naah. And when we thought there was definitive 'no' from Yi-Jin, there was that kiss. Like Michael Corleone said, " just when I think I am out, they pull me back in." Wow. This drama is so much of fun till now.
Got to see Hee-Do's signature cry in 13th episode again. That was a nice bonus. JW just redeemed himself from being the cheesy guy.
Yaa this drama is chincha... debak!

I watched Coffee prince for Gong Yoo. He is my fav korean actor.
Regarding Gu Family book, I will surely share my thoughts after viewing.
And I too think in same way regarding my accomplishments comrade, my MDL and IMDB lists. Hahaha...

But you dropped Coffee Prince. That was a surprise!

He was ok ok in Mr. Sunshine. Actually in Mr. Sunshine, rather than the cast, I liked the writer of that drama the most. He had written it very nicely. And also the cinematography.
I liked YYS in Dr. Romantic. It felt like he wasn't pretending in that.
He again disappointed me in Warm and cozy. I haven't seen Gu family book though.

Don't cast Yoo Yoon Seok... the drama will be ruined. Sorry but that's what I felt after watching him in Reply 1994 and Hospital Playlist 1 nd 2.

The thing that kept me hooked up to Itaewon Class apart from the OST was Kin Da Mi. I was completely blown over by her acting. Man...!! I still remember her antics from that drama. In front of her rest of the cast including ML just fade away..

I want to see Son Ye Jin and Gong Yoo together. Both are insanely talented and exudes so much charisma.
