My recollection from the last time the terrible coworker messed with XL's computer was that when XL exposed her, XL conceded there was no camera that would show her desk, but it would capture who had entered/exited the office and based on the timestamp she was able to figure out the terrible coworker was the only person in the office at the time her computer was touched. So, I think the logic holds up that the intern wouldn't have been seen at her computer. BUT I think the same sleuthing skills should apply here as well. The intern was clearly the only one in the office and so she should be able to figure out who messed with her report and sent it out. But that whole workplace is a joke. Based on what that other coworker did the last time, she should've been fired, but instead she was only temporarily suspended. Doesn't even sound like she suffered a demotion! It's ridiculous, frankly.

I think these latest episodes prove that Ping'an is actually the smartest character in the drama right now. ;P

Yes, I watched Romance of a Twin Flower too. She was dubbed in that drama (most of its cast was).

I don’t think she’s dubbed in this drama. It’s not listed in the credits, at least. The cast also did a live broadcast and I think she just put a cutesy spin on for the drama. (She’s not so annoying in Dream of Splendor, for anyone looking to see her in a different drama.)

The second leads in dramas always try to justify with the deli ticket line logic - I was here first, I’ve known them longer - as if that ever had anything to do with love. If anything that probably proves why it’s not meant to be, I because otherwise it would’ve turned into a romantic relationship already. Anyway, it’s like nails on a chalkboard whenever I hear drama characters spouting this kind of logic now!!!

According to the credits Fang Hui is played by Wang Zi Rui. In one scene it looked like Xu Kaicheng, but not in the subsequent scenes. I suspect XKC may have been cast originally and then replaced due to his dating controversy last year. In any event, I've submitted a correction for the Fang Hui character based on what's noted in the end credits so hopefully it'll be updated soon.

XYS's past is explained in Ep 15, I believe (if not that ep, it's around there). Basically, he was in college and had an exceptional job offer in hand when his friends hacked into Chen Shan's company for fun. The rich one of their friends circle had been using XYS's computer when they did the hacking exercise and so that's how XYS got pulled into this mess. The rich friend ended up escaping abroad with his family's money and connection, which left the other guys to clean things up. XYS was on the verge of collecting enough money to pay the penalty when his dad reared his head again and took the money instead. Ultimately, XYS ended up going to work for Chen Shan so his friends wouldn't get into legal trouble.
