Maybe I'm a bit late to the party because I only started watching today but I couldn't stop smiling when Q played the song from A Boss and A Babe π€£π€£ I know it's the same director but I was totally not expecting it. Both shows are so great! I'm really enjoying We Are and glad I found the time to pick it up π₯Ή
Just on episode 2, and I don't usually have any problems with couple pairings at all; hell, I even came around…
Putting this in a spoiler just in case, even though it's explained in episode 1 (it might not be an answer that satisfies you, but it'll maybe somewhat answer your questions). IIRC from both the novel and the first ep, one of the main reasons why Babe puts up with Charlie is the fact that he's the only alpha that doesn't have that overwhelming scent that he hates. I think that at least gets the ball rolling with why Babe kinda allows Charlie to stick around, before develops a little more into something deeper. I know there's a lot of mixed reviews on Charlie's character so you're not the only one in that boat. Hope that answers a little bit!
The store sexy scene. Free testing and sexy shoulders included! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZXt_aOMNPo
Everything about this scene was hilarious π€£ Yak's horrified expressions seeing Wandee pop out at the end of the aisle like a ghost and Wandee trying to be seductive but he's just so goofy at the same time π€£ the cashier is the real MVP watching all of that go down and then suggest they get gel as well π€£π€£

I just watched the trailer and I'm so confused. Can anyone that read the novel tell me how tf is Way still alive?…
Hi! Putting novel spoilers in a spoiler for anyone who hasn't read it/does not want to know π
- Tony in the novel does not die like he does in the show. He is actually arrested and investigated. A line from the translated novel says: "Although Babe had wanted to get revenge on Tony to the point of wanting to kill him multiple times, in reality, he still believed that the greatest pain for humans was no death, but being tortured without freedom." - In the novel, Way actually DOES die. I'm guessing that for season 2, if they're going to bring him back as a character it's purely for the fans. It might not make sense, but we'll see how it goes π
Other than that, there are some differences in the original story compared to the novel.
