I KNEW it would be Crystal Park, Park Sujeong! So this is why Ahn Juhyeong didnāt want to take the case, why Bae Munjeong would understand once she took it, and how AJH already knew the man in the divorce case would spell trouble.
Ah I think I get it now! She thought they would meet again in Seoul but he thought they would meet again āat the same placeā i.e. Hong Kong, which is why he went there two years ago, not because of his breakup with Diamond Kim.
I love these types of law dramas where one attorney is cold, seemingly calculative, favors logic, and looks at the bigger picture, while the other is warm, compassionate, likes to do good, and empathises with people. These two often have assumptions about each other being too cold or too noble, but they often have the same goal - to help people. Only a few of these types of dramas have romance between these two attorneys because theyāre often the same gender and/or have a big age gap. So Iām interested to watch them debate and be impressed with each other and slowly fall for each other (again).
Lee Jongsuk is doing well with the dry humour. To people who only prefer gags he may not seem funny, but Ahn Juhyeong says some hilarious things while keeping a straight face, it cracks me up more than his lively characters do. Moon Kayoung is doing great as a warm, compassionate lawyer. I believe Kang Heeji will eventually go the more social cause picking, pro-bono route. The building owner is a very interesting mysterious character so far, I want to know more about her and what kind of attorney/lawyer she was, and what kind of life she led.
I hope Kang Heeji and Bae Munjeong will be friends instead of love rivals. They seem like the types who love banter and can tease each other without taking offense, I think they would make great buddies who visit each othersā homes and share soju and chill or commiserate together!
Between Tastefully Yours and Law And The City I have had to make sure I always have something tasty in the house because these dramas make me so hungry with the vivid shots of delicious food!
Itās giving Hospital Playlist + Resident Playbook so far, and the setting reminds me of 2000ās shows and movies set in New York - a bit drab, bustly, but with its own stories to tell. I love law and crime cases, and the more realistic yet intriguing approach is working for me. Iām interested to see what Yeom Hyeranās character gets up to, sheās giving the vibe of a woman not to be messed with!

Apartment 404. They form two groups in each episode and try to solve a mystery related to a past event of an apartment. There are spies, cute betrayals, unhingedness, and teamwork.
Agents of Mystery - Lee Hyeri (idol-actor), Kim Dohoon (Moving actor), Karina (idol).
Apartment 404 - Jennie (idol), Lee Jungha (Moving actor), Yeonjun (idol, was in two episodes). And comedians and veteran actors with great personalities!
Just started watching this drama today. But I want someone's opinion on this drama, but no spoilers please!
It's good, I rewatched recently.
The flaws - There were too many characters, and the villains got too much screentime for their backstories near the end so a lot of time was wasted and the pacing felt off because of it, I didn't feel an emotional connection to them anyway. Too much time was spent on the flashbacks (though I understand it was necessary). Too much time spent on romance plots (of the parents).
The good parts - Upstanding characters, especially Heesu. Powers were shown realistically. No cheesy acting. Emotional scenes were good for most of the good guys. I liked the bonding and growth between the parents and kids.
I love Kim Bongseok, and liked Bungaeman's and Jaeman's (Ganghoon's dad) stories. Naju's power was cool, I wish she had more scenes. Han Hyojoo was brilliant in this.
