I don't really enjoy overly dark, bleak dramas about school bullying, I find them too emotionally exhausting, so I'm glad this has a lighter tone and has a lot of comedy. Some of my favourite comedy scenes from the first 4 episodes are below, feel free to add yours if it's not here!

- Gamin and Jun parallels of joining the school
- Gamin accidentally fighting and knocking out that dude in the library
- Heewon cursing for the first time
- Those three over-exaggerating everything Gamin does
- "Ahjussi you're too old to be doing this, aren't you ashamed?" NEVER HOLD BACK, JIWOO!
- Gochujang and rice outfit with school flag to boot
- "Everything's fine in this school, there's nothing wrong!" *object flies out of window*

His "source" is probably sigma male content.

Adding to this, these dramas with actors who have done KBLs (would like to add Choo Young-Woo from You Make Me Dance to your list) stream on OTT platforms like TVING and Netflix. It's usually young people who watch on OTT and they are, like you said, more open-minded, hence the lack of outright outrage and mind-losing.

I need your eyesight

Kim Taesung's (Lovely Runner) friend in particular always catches my attention. He is in the Study Group school too. This needs to be explained. I need a drama which reveals he was undercover in these schools on some secret mission. (The actor I'm referring to is Kim Hwi-Gyu, Insta: https://www.instagram.com/gnlrbfm )

I remember during the filming of “My Lovely Liar” Hwang Minhyun said he would love and prefer to do action dramas/scenes. The “My Lovely Liar” team even put a little action scene in for him near the beginning of the drama. I’m glad he could flip and kick to his heart’s content in Study Group!

He was in My Lovely Liar after AoS. Average drama and acting but it wasn’t exactly unknown, it was a tvN romcom.

Blood Free and Jirisan are his weaker works IMO but still not a bad watch if you’re into that genre + just watching for him and Jun Jihyun/Han Hyojoo.

I don’t think OTT dramas have ratings like network dramas do, I could be wrong though.
