I hated this show, i wouldn't have found it as bad as i did if i started it with different expectations, but the preview, description and the title that i saw on Netflix all pointed to it being a light fluffy romance, it wasn't. It was more of a realistic portrayal of relationships, at least an attempt at being realistic.

The last 4 episode even made me hate the previous 12 episode which i initially didn't mind as i kept expecting the last 4 episodes to make up for all the fluffy romance feels i wanted. and hated how they basically portrayed the ML(tbh all the males in a relationship except one) as a pushover.

I may have liked it if i went into it with different expectations but i'll never know now, defo not rewatching this.

Convention probably isn't the right word...

I'm rating this as my number 1 MDL drama of the year, yes the year has been filled with some pretty amazing dramas but this will be my number 1 as it broke away from the convention.

As a long time avid watcher of Kdramas, i've seen quite a few 50+ episode family/soap type dramas and i imagined this drama is what you'd get if someone had a script for a 50+ episode family drama and they were told to cut it down to 12 episodes, keeping all the things we love about those dramas (makjang) and removing everything that also made us hate those dramas e.i. no main characters acting like doormats for multiple episodes, no MC's being stupid or making stupid decisions for the sake of dragging the drama and making episodes longer, there's no ridiculous subplot that drags on for 20+ episodes with unsatisfactory ending.

In this we got smart MC's who collect evidences, whenever the bad guys put our MCs in terrible situations they get them back almost instantly, the acting, romance, perfect use of the "Time travel" element was on point all whilst not losing that family/soap genre vibe.

There honestly wasn't anything to not like about this drama.

TBH if you're not already invested in it yet, without revealing anything, i'd advise waiting until season 2 to watch it...

It's not bad, but i completely understand the low rating, i personally started to get bored around ep9 and lost even more interest at around the ep12-13 plot twist, not that it wasn't interesting or that i was bothered by it being unrealistic(can't expect shows like this to be realistic), it was more the fact that everyone is basically a bad person, there isn't really a good guy to root for which makes you not as attached to the show therefore end up not enjoying it as much as you could've, but it was definitely unpredictable, i'll give it that much....

There are so many great 50+ episode dramas out there but shows like this always give them a bad rep, this show had no business being more than 35eps, we find out who ends up with who from pretty early on and even paternity plot is easy to figure out by ep 30 but they just had to keep dragging this out pointlessly.

Wow, the plot fits perfectly but its not it + I've actually never seen anything thai Korean& Japanese shows keep me busy enough as it is...

1. I thought this drama was about a girl that invited a bunch of people to an island to murder them for revenge, seems like i watched the trailer for this on YouTube with a bunch of others so must have been mistaken, i'd really appreciate if someone tells me the name of the drama/movie i'm thinking of.

2. This was good and deserves an 8+ rating but its not for people that like prefer fluffy/light thrillers and more for people that enjoyed the darker OCN drama type shows.

This had all the ingredients to be great but fell a bit short of being great, it was a good script but had loads of moments were i got bored, 2 decent leads who sometimes had great chemistry but sometimes not especially when they try to trauma bond, maybe i've seen too many kdramas but this didn't do much for me.

Oh i agree, Sweet Home is my all time favourite survival/zombie drama because of him and will like likely remain so for a long time as long as they don't botch up the next two seasons, but in Nevertheless it felt like the writers threw script/character development out the window thinking the faces of 2 hot stars was enough to carry the show and it sounds like the writers in this did something similar.

Although i may end up giving My Demon a go since the trailer looks interesting...

I remember when this first came out i never had any interest in it due to reading a comment about it not being good and "all of us are dead" being better + the trailer for this wasn't that appealing.

i'm actually glad i didn't watch it then, the slow-burn tag on romance should be applied to basically every thing, like this is a very slow drama and I personally feel this being rated higher than the other zombie dramas is an insult especially it being rated higher than Sweet Home, you have to be in a certain mood to appreciate this unlike the others which just draw in and make you want to lose sleep over them, i never felt that way about this, could even go as far as saying Duty after school Part 2 (excluding the last episode) is on the same level as this and most people that have seen that think the writers/producers went crazy half way through the show.

Personally think the time travel was a good idea, the whole leads waking up from near death experience to take revenge on everyone has been done 100s of times now in kdramas but time-travel/revenge are not as common so when they're done well, they provide a breath of fresh air + i find her husband's face annoying to look at every time he's on screen would've been an instant drop if he was the focus and also no better revenge than him being ignored.

Based on the ep6 i can already foresee how he's going to get a taste of his own medicine without the FL lead even having to do anything

This has been so good, that i actually regret not waiting until the season finale before i started watching it cause now i have to keep waiting every week to find out what happens next...i'm actually surprised by how much i've enjoyed this so far, given that i'm kinda used to Sung Hoon picking B-rated drama's, enjoyable dramas but rarely outstanding

Finding out this had the same writer as Pasta made so much sense to me as i was instantly reminded of Pasta after finishing this, it felt like an improved version of Pasta as although i enjoyed Pasta i felt like the FL in it came off as too much of a pushover. Personally I found the first 2 episodes of this show hard to watch but after this each episode got better and better

I have avoided this drama simply due to how hard it was to get through Nevertheless, a drama with the same ML and judging from the comments here i'm glad i did. I'm probably never watching any romantic drama's from said actor..

I actually didn't mind this but i started it due to the romance tag but there was hardly any - you could probably struggle to fit all the romance scenes into a 30mins episode.

Just completed what i think is either my third/fourth rewatch of this and likely many more, which is rare due to it being a 50+ episode drama, which tend to have flaws that make you not want to rewatch them like "Once again" and it's annoying bickering leads.

I'm really glad i watched this with zero expectation as i enjoyed it so much, this feels like a show you'd enjoy more the less you know about it, so glad i didn't come to the comment section here like i sometimes do before starting a show.

I instantly knew i'd likely be disappointed in this show by the end of the 2nd episode, and I'm really happy i came to the comments here to get confirmation, so thanks guys for not wasting my time!!.

I agree in reality cheating occurs in majority of relationships but i personally don't like watching shows were the leads cheat so i'm out!...like i'm cool with relationships being portrayed realistically in every other genre except "rom coms"
