I haven read the book, but with the way the drama is going, it seems like Lu Chen knows more about GX while she doesn't. It might have been the dynamic of their relationship since the beginning, and as we are seeing now Lu Chen is kinda a reserved and private person. These are just my thoughts i haven't actually read the book yet lol

What’s wrong with mundane dialog? Isn’t life mundane itself? Plus, it’s written exactly based on the novel. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea obviously, but there is nothing wrong with it either.

Remember Lighter and princess at the beginning and how the rating was so low ? The same is happening here. Yet 8.1 is too low for this drama. The story and cinematography is awesome.
This drama actually deserve rating 8.5+.. Those who r watching please increase the Rate..😊
