Same here. I prefer not seeing him die on screen. But the vibe is quite positive! I don’t understand it really. Even the songs are warm happy ones. Melodramas tend to have pretty dark and sad undertones but this one is kinda different?

I don’t know but based on the atmosphere of the drama, he won’t probably die on screen. Last melodrama with a terminal patient that I watched actually killed the patient and showed the aftermath but the drama was so sad from the beginning. Like the audience could feel her death coming. Have to wait and see for this one. If the drama shifts to him being at the hospital and counting his days, they will kill him off. That’s just my thought.
the reason behind the low rating is obvious, but i wonder how deep hatred can go.. it seems like fans and antifans are angry at SJK for real. Everyone is angry and is throwing their anger on a drama. makes sense. The drama itself isn't bad for a melodrama and it's getting angsty kinda but the lead's chemistry is OK so far.

From the first episode, he was taking pills. it was a given. and I don't think he will die or something; it's just that since the beginning, he was sick! but yeah the writers did give this poor character all the miseries in this world lol
Stopping after episode 6. I'm not in the mood for sad/tragic ending. :'(I was hoping this would be a cute slice…
We don’t know really how the ending might be. From the looks of it, I don’t think he will die. Some tragic melodramas show from the beginning that the lead is going to die but with this one I have a different feeling. Trust me I have watched another terminal illness drama 2 months ago lol
It was a melodrama from the beginning. I think viewers are biased when it comes to Melodramas. This drama is actually following a true melodrama genre.
