Thanks for you input. I agree. Its not that the actors are not capable or competent. Its just a very poorly paced and executed script. Fake it till you make it showed what could be done with a mature relationship and context. Love Elvis and FL together in that drama. It was classy whereas this seems contrived.

Its really worth watching till the end. Initially, I wondered if this was going to be your typical mistress,jilted revenge story so I was going to tune out as watching betrayal,dishonesty and manipulation is not easy time....but I saw with the characters that this was going to be a quality show so I stuck with it and so pleased I did.

Yes, I question why they are doing this. Its usually only a few trailers ahead. Maybe they/Tencent/WeTv have a stack of dramas to release? Or maybe they did not expect this to be so popular and now want to Express it? Who knows?
