Loving your response.....from a perceived 'cold' person. Its about being clear and principled. Its being focused on delivering your goals while striving to bring people along and leaving those who are not on board. Its about being transparent in your actions rather than sugar coating.

I've heard a number of people recommending 'The Secret of 3 Kingdoms" so I will give that a go and remember up to Ep 20! I started Longest Day.... but got distracted.

I understand this, so for the purposes of LlTG, CSS is really an old 'spinster" ( for want of a better word...) by the time she reunites with LBY ( he must be regarded as 'ancient" then in those times.

Hello, I've been doing a back scroll through the comments to find the piece written by @scarfie ( not sure if this was correct) on the authors postscript or novel follow up which explains what happens to the main characters. I can't find it as there are so many comments. Can anyone please help? Thank you. I wanted to keep a copy for reference as there are many episodes to go.

Absolutely engaged every minute with this well crafted and written drama. I loved the Story of Minglan and can see similarities in the focus on family content. The reason I wrote my comment was to say that the quality of the story and particularly the chemistry of the young leads is so refreshing that should it follow the typical C drama romance we would have reached those milestones earlier however we can now linger with the experience and build up more tension than a typical C drama romance which this isn't.

Isn't he so talented, yet appears humble too. I hope he reaches his full potential.

I read somewhere from these comments that in TLB his mother was his manager as he was younger then and "no kissing" was written into his contract. Interesting a couple of years later this no longer applies and its with ZL!

After Ep 24 and knowing the angst,suffering and bitter pills we will have to swallow before the HEA....will there be enough sweet moments to sustain us or will we all have to invest in boxes of tissues for the upcoming months...sigh
