I only started watching this drama so I’d have something to watch on my flight Tmr . But I’ve alr watched all the eps and now I still have nothing to watch Tmr. Damnnnnn
Hmm I wanted to like this drama but somehow I wasn’t charmed. I liked delicious romance and work later drink now, which are very similar dramas about three friends, but I didn’t like this one q as much. I’m not sure why but I don’t like jinjoo as a person at all. Usually when I watch this type of shows about friendships, I’d want to be friends with them but in this case, jinjoo would be the type of person I would avoid lol. I honestly don’t know why… I do like the other two girls though. I mean I even liked the bratty celebrity girl, but somehow I felt annoyed whenever jinjoo comes up. And given she’s the main character and gets the most screen time, I’m gonna be dropping this one.
Just started this and it’s unexpectedly (for me) really fun!! I thought it would be a calm and “healing” drama like many romance kdramas lately, so I honestly thought I would get bored, but the plot is q meaty so far at ep 3. Also really like the late 1990s throwback
I had to take a one month break from dramas after completing this show lol
Three dramas I managed to enjoy after TRS
One and only - Chinese historical drama, kind of the same vibe as TRS (q depressing tbh)
Drink now, work later & Delicious Romance - both are dramas about three girls and their friendship, COMPLETELY THE OPPOSITE of TRS. (Or maybe they are what deokim and her friends would be like in the modern world HAAHA 🤔). They can make you feel happy
but of course before this I watched other dramas after TRS but couldn’t enjoy them because I kept thinking about TRS haha… so you might consider just watching some other show you don’t think you’ll enjoy as much, because I ended up dropping a lot of shows after watching TRS, not because they were bad but because I couldn’t focus
I feel like you need the right viewing lens to enjoy this but unfortunately I just don’t have those lens LOOOOL. I’m calling it quits at ep 21.
The show is bad but in a good way, like it’s so bad that it’s good?? Idk how to explain it. Unfortunately I’m not a great fan of this sort of productions and I’m not really in the mood for it either.
This show kinda ended my streak of good luck with drama in 2022 hahahaha
If you like light hearted productions that’s full of comedy, you are gonna like this
I didn’t watch the sequel because I didn’t wanna ruin the heartbreak LOOOL I love pain
That’s right. I think naturally people don’t like sad/tragic endings unless there’s a good justification for it, so writers tend to come up with a really good plot and ending even if it’s sad. Whereas happy endings are usually generic and sometimes not well thought out at all. Personally I love sad endings as long as it’s good and impactful.
Just finished this and honestly I’m not quite sure how to rate it. I really liked the main characters on their own and together. The romance was cute but that was all I could care about. For me the plot was ok, sometimes the crime investigation just served as a way for the leads to get close together loool. honestly I only watched enough of the main plot just to understand how it affects the story, so I guess I can’t judge the plot objectively.
Sometimes I couldn’t stand some of the side characters and the second couple, but I guess all of them became likeable in the end.
Romance was great, loved the slow burn. Cheesy but not cringy, they were really cute tbh, or at least cute enough to make me continue watching the show even though the show has the one thing I hate the most, mouth-to-mouth medicine feeding 🤮. Usually I stop watching any drama when I see that kind of scene but fortunately I liked the couple enough to pull through LOOL.
Oh yeah loved Luyi in his brocade uniform 😩👌. And also Jin Xia in her war outfit 🥵🥵
I really dk what to rate this, but this show made me too happy for me to not rate it. Hmmmmmm
