CP assured his mother that he has no plans of being close to a court lady or taking them as a concubine. he also said that court ladies were of lower status and not worthy of being by his side blah blah... and he said smth along the lines of only children of noble ladies could be his heir. he also said he would only live for joseon (instead of love i guess?). not 100% sure tho but basically he said shit he bout to regret and contradict with his own actions loool

im skipping scenes but i still want to know what happens in the main plot. i thing the overall theme is interesting but the draggy plot, lackluster romance and cliche situations is killing my interest.

the romance in lovers of the red sky was pretty weak. only watched till ep 7 tho. king's affection romance isnt that great too. i guess this was the historical romance i was craving for lololool
