this was a fun, feel good drama. i smiled a lot while watching this. the main characters are very likeable and have good chemistry. BUT I'M JUST GOING TO PRETEND THE LAST 10 MIN NEVER HAPPENED.
10 min into ep 2 and the female lead INFURIATES me. she just seems like a trashy tabloid reporter. can't believe…
at ep 20 and the FL definitely became more likable after the body swap. BUT i still hate what she did in ep 1 and 2. that's still questionable behaviour.
10 min into ep 2 and the female lead INFURIATES me. she just seems like a trashy tabloid reporter. can't believe that she got angry at the male lead's lack of cooperation during the interview because he assumed she'll spin her own story anyway. honestly can't blame him for having such a poor impression of her since she pretty much forced him into an interview anyway. pretending to be a fan to get dinner, planning to use that dinner to secretly interview him, blackmailing him on the internet.... MALE LEAD, I FEEL U.
lmao im at ep 4 and i am so confused. so many characters and so many sects and so many ghosts, i cant keep up. 😆 i hope this will make more sense soon. i always feel so lost in the first few eps of xianxia/wuxia dramas because they always introduce 100 characters, each with 2 names and 3 titles, in the first few eps LOL.
it had an interesting start but cooled off in the middle. after around 10 eps, i really struggled to watch this show because the main couple got pretty boring. i managed to pull through by watching this show while eating and doing other things and overall, it's a decent watch. the ending got a bit iffy but ehhhh this is quite a feel good show so i'll ignore that. i found the male lead pretty boring although he definitely is a very decent dude compared to other male leads i have seen. i really liked the side characters and dam's interaction with them. also i like that this doesnt have that much (or at all in fact) college drama loool. best part is that the female lead wasn't born/destined for the male lead.
Some of us really like dramas with multiple seasons, so.....we'd like them to not actually stop soon.
yeah there's pros and cons to shows with multiple seasons. on one hand i want my favourite shows to go on forever but on the other hand, the plot usually goes haywire after a few seasons.
I love their Zombie Tiger better than the one in Army of the Dead. 😆😂
i wonder why the people who got bitten by the tiger did not become zombies. maybe it was because all their limbs were bitten off so they couldn't move even if they became zombies
Im not sure whether I understood what the director was implying? That man who went to the pig house where ashin…
yes, it was implied that she got raped by the soldier and the soldier that caught the rapist didnt really care much about it (since he pretty much brushed it off)
It was just a side-story, a background on Ashin. It was never meant to be compared to the main series nor to add…
yeah as a backstory it provides depth to Ashin and gives us the motivation behind her actions. this i guess will (hopefully) increase the level of excitement for and in the new series.
btw what is the big revelation in the latter part of the movie you are referring to?
not sure about cliches but the premise of this show is pretty interesting and had a lot of potential. i just think the execution was kinda bad. i'd say go into this without expecting anything and it might be a decent watch.
the human realm arch in ashes is the best part of the drama. good romance, loads of heart breaking scenes and jin mi is not annoying.
