I enjoyed episode 1 but episode 2 was quite boring. A whole lot of nothing happened tbh and there were lots of shots of junho being cool and good looking and Yoona being pretty (not that I hate it) but still I wish the pace was a bit faster. Tbh the most interesting part for me was when sarang was pissed TF off with her boyfriend on their date LOL.

The trailer for ep 3 looks fun tho since the interaction between the leads is gonna increase for sure

Yeah the first ep kinda also set us up for that. Hopefully they do something interesting with it since most have seen it many times over

19th life is only 12 eps and they have quite a lot to cover (two lifetimes to be exact). But honestly I wonder what’s gonna happen in king the land’s 16 episodes because so far there’s no plot yet. Looks like the focus is gonna be the rom com and the lead’s relationship. Hopefully they don’t fill it up with annoying office politics and chaebol power struggles we’ve seen 1000 times over.

Actually I feel like both dramas might have the similar back stories for the MLs? Iirc isn’t the ML in 19th life also working at a hotel or smth hahah… not sure tho

I almost finished the webtoon. The FL lead lightens the mood but the ML remains quite melancholic throughout because he has a lot of baggage. I enjoyed the webtoon but I think it was quite heavy and sad

Seems like it’s gonna be a light hearted rom com! Although the ML does seem like he has quite a bit of emotional baggage. I hope it remains fun and light throughout with no melodramatic twist in the second half.
