Lol, why? I havent watched yet so I do not know how deep the trauma goes BUT that is the point that made me look…
for the male lead it’s LITERAL trauma. Like his vision goes wonky, hands shaky and he goes into an anxiety attack. To me now it feels like the show just needed a trauma to give him and they were like “ok smile trauma it isssss”

He literally only has this “smile trauma” towards service people. It’s literally their job to smile and look hospitable. His “smile trauma” never flairs up around any other people. Like wtf are they supposed to do? Scoff at him? So to me it’s just comical. They could have at least showed scenes of these people smiling in front of him but then talking shit about him behind his back. But all the “smile trauma” flashbacks is just his servants smiling at him and asking him to eat or whatever 😭😭😭

I actually like this about the show. I hate it when they try to expand the “plot” with chaebol inheritance fights and petty workplace politics

I was totally gonna drop this show if ep 5 was not good… but it was super entertaining!! Loads of rom com and packed with scenes of the two leads. So glad there’s less workplace drama in this episode.
