Actually, I was surprised he made it into 30 Most Popular on MDL. I meant I knew he was good since watching him…
Oh is it? I thought he will be more popular here considering Perfect & Casual and Unforgettable Love are excellent romcom and popular with international audiences. I subscribed to IQIYI and Unforgettable Love was #1 for weeks during its airing time.
I haven't watch Fall in Love yet so I will probably check it out later. :D I love grey characters in general over righteous ones since grey characters made more interesting dramas haha.
I'm actually surprised to see Miles Wei at #30. I thought he will be higher lol. He is a perfect example of someone who really fight his way for the main roles in dramas after yearssss in the industry. I'm so happy he has like 3 up-coming dramas that I can look forward to. :D
NGL, most of the dramas listed above sound very interesting. I think in term of creativity for plots, I always prefers C-dramas. I'm excited for a lot of things despite not very familiar with some of the actors.
I love Nojima Shinji's writing since I personally thought no one could writer a darker human nature dramas than him. But unfortunately, his writing can be so so amazing (Ningen Shikkaku or Flowers for Algernon for examples) or falling to borderline pretentious and this is the case for Lipstick.
There are so many red flags in their main characters' relationship and I hated the fact that he glorifies the main girl's actions -- she basically broke the main guy to the point he cant function like a normal person after she's gone. That is not love but obsession tbh.
Gut wrenching, fascinating and devastating love story. About love that devour, destroy, give you hope, teach you…
God I hate Lipstick. The FL in the drama basically broke the ML to the point he cant function like a normal person after she's gone. That is not love but obsession tbh.
This was a transmigration novel since that premise is basically banned from chinese drama, they had to create…
Which part of it was banned? I have a few issues unexplained like who is the Afterlife Camp leader and what is the purpose of the Moustache Man in this whole thing. Both of these are not explained in the drama. Not to mention how useless is the Liang spies lol. Are all of this banned from airing thus they never explained in the drama?
most of the comments are about FL being stupid and I didn't know why until I watched ep 10. Now every comments…
I just watched episode 10 and I seriously cant stand the stupidity. Usually, the so called dumb FLs are still bearable to me or didnt annoy me but for this one, I just cant lol. I legit hate how stupid she is. I was like, instead of being drunk in jealousy, why on earth you drive your husband away by keep refusing his touch/kisses or ask him to go to the camp when he obviously just want to be next to you. OTL
The story is so simple and cheesy yet it bring me so much laughter and smiles. The male lead is so amusing and such a tease -- he likes to play around with his wife and make her embarrassed. Such a great relationship.
For Wang Anyu, suggest to check out Forever Love, he is really good in that.
Thanks for this. I was looking for excellent Cdrama after just finishing the awesome Perfect & Casual and Forever Love seemed to be in the right alley for me. :D
Asking for spoilers: it's tagged multiple couples, who are they and is there a love triangle?
There are 2 other couples. Yun Shu's 2 bestfriends who are used to be in relationship with each other. And another couple is Yun Shu's sister & Si Nian's bestfriend. There are also love triangles but its nothing as they both said 'No' and like I said in my comment, any misunderstanding is solved in 1 episode. Its a very light and heartwarming drama so its just full of fluff from start to finish.
If Im not mistaken, Taek actually got more screen time than Junghwan. Esp alone screen time with Deoksun since she always taking care of him in like every episode
I am with you. Please tell me how that is should be here? I just don't understand.
Because the leads ended up together. The FL is toxic, selfish and manipulative and I fear for the male lead of having to ended/putting up with her for the rest of his life.
They both entered the marriage with terms. She know it yet she punished him when he did something to her disliking despite its all in the terms. Then when he finally falls for her, she broke him to the point he cant no longer live in the same house that he used to love so much. The icing on the cake is that she knew how hurt his ex made him, yet she did it anyway and broke-up with him despite knowing that he loves her too. Then, she just waltz back to his life like nothing happened and expecting him to accept her again. The whole script is so pretentious that I dont know how many times I rolled my eyes lol! :(
If one of the voters of “Because this is my first life” is here, please share your thoughts on what is so…

I liked the ending of Princess Agents. What I do not like is the fact that it's been over 2 years, and Princess…
Just curious, in the first part of the novel, is the kissing scene supposed to be that way just like in the drama? Because you mentioned steaming kissing romance in the second part of the novel and I wondered is it possible lol
It wasnt written last minute. Both writer and Hyeri confirmed that and the writer has always wanted Taek to be the end game. Thats the brilliant of the whole show, when you watched it the first time, Junghwan is the ML without a doubt so everyone as usual, is rooting for him (everyone keep saying how Taek is gonna be another Chilbong). Then the ending happened which many of people (including the casts) are surprised. Then, you made a rewatch and you will notice since the very beginning all the little the hints that Taek is the hubby.
Why I said it is brilliant? Because the writer masterfully misled the audiences with her writing -- only to betray it last minute and when you analyze her script to prove how wrong she is in making the ending, you will dumbfounded to find all these little hints that supported her ending -- that her ending has always meant that way since the very beginning.
Love alarm doesn't deserve to top this list if y'all voted for it because she didn't end up with sun ho. Didn't…
This is normal tbh. People always complain about toxic guys but they love bad guys in general. That is why in dramas where female leads actually like or choose a nice guy for once, people would rants non-stop how they dislike how everything ended. I'm really puzzled why wont you like a FL with brain that actually wants to chose someone nice and more deserving of her?

lol I cant agree for more! X'D
