I will be rewatching. Some of the negative reviews were posted as soon as the drama started. Some even rated the episodes low before they were even released. It was intentional. It is what it is. I am glad you enjoyed it.

Lusi's dramas get downrated by other fandoms. But some didn't like the comedy. I wish people would look deep into the purpose of the scenes. It is doing well in China. More than well! And the rating is much higher on Viki last I checked. People have to pay for membership unlike here where people have multiple accounts. These are just my theories and I don't know for sure.

The reason the rating dropped isn't just because of Cherry's character. OG was targeted by several groups. It didn't help that some abandoned the drama because they felt ZLH wasn't given enough screen time. Dramas get downrated by other CP fans and fandoms but usually the actors' fans support it. I loved it. I felt ZLH was amazing. The drama has depth. I rewatched just so I could pay close attention to the details. It is sad that he put in an outstanding performance, and yet the drama has a lower rating than it deserves.

They should have put that in the drama to make viewers happy.

I don't know if I will ever watch it.

Does TTEOTM have two endings? I haven't watched it yet.

What is FSMM?

I liked the ML's character in Descendant of the Sun.

They were supposed to look perfect before the second arc. They presented a perfectly synchronized couple. They are both keeping secrets and everything is not as it seemed. The second arc show how the relationship becomes one that is more balanced and equal once the masks come off.

I can only say the last few Kdramas I watched lost me in the second half because they go off on some weird tangent. I have given up on Kdramas. Love's Ambition held me captive from start to end and even when I watched it again and again.

What do you expect from people who saw it as a masterpiece? It broke records and has gone viral. The performances were OUTSTANDING! The production was outstanding! Everything in Love's Ambition has meaning. The "comedy" in ep 19 is significant if people would look deep into it's purpose. I rewatch the scenes to catch every word. This deserves a much higher rating but I understand that not everyone is going to like it.

I was so mad that I watched Marry My Husband but I had to see the ending. I felt terrible at the end and I wish I had never watched it. But with Love's Ambition, I wanted to watch again right after and did. I have never seen a Kdrama that made me want to watch again. We all have perferences. Marry My Husband turned me off Kdramas but I tried a few more and now I am done with them. If you check my watchlist, I marked Marry My Husband completed but I didn't rate it because I feel the genre is not just for me and I didn't want to give it 1 just because I hated it! All that maniac screaming and exaggerated evil characters including the FL who looked deranged at times got on my nerves.

L&P begins in the present when the FL returns from abroad. It goes back and forth until it stays in the past till about episode 21 (I think), where it catches up with the present, and from there is it a second chance for them. I don't want to spoil it for you, but he might act as if he doesn't want to be with her, but the yearning in his eyes and the way he is always looking out for her says something else. She doesn't chase him at this point, but she is there patiently waiting. Their chemistry is unique. I found it so hard to move on. The beginning that I found so hard to get into on first watch is full of meaning on rewatch. Some felt the ML was toxic, but I saw him as one who had suffered and yet managed to overcome hurdles to get to his goal.
