This is because they shed the facade. The secrets are out. They can be themselves and be open with other. The scenes at the hotel entrance in ep 19 is just an exaggeration. Look at it as an analogy comparing them to first Barbie and Ken who were perfectly synchronized and then to Edward and Bella who started their relationship with secrets, broke up then back to gether in a more balanced relationship. I love the this arc also. I love seeing them just be themselves without the perfect masks.
