I hope the lawyer story line does not drag out. From the teaser, Fang Lei looks like she not dressed. I don't feel LA is quite makjang or maybe I don't fully understand the definition. I watched a Kdrama that was definitely one and regretted it. I couldn't stand the screaming maniacs but I was curious about the ending and finished it.

William Chan has a direct gaze. There is something... I don't think I could concentrate if he stared into my eyes.

She plays comedy in many of her other dramas. Hidden Love is another. Who Rules the World has comedy. Love Like the Galaxy...

This is what I keep saying. He loves her but will not admit it. He knows he wants her in his life. Everything he said in ep 20 was from his heart. It wasn't an act. And I am sticking with that.

I feel it is . They are opening up to the each other and one theme of this drama is about a balance in relationship. One person should control the other. Well, that is what I get from it so far.

It is beautifully done. No. Not makjang. Thank goodness. I am more a cdrama fan. My aunt is Kdrama fan. I find cdrama more poetic so to speak. There were some I watched a few years ago that I loved but recently, I just can't watch them. The closest I came to liking one this year was Love Scout but it didn't have enough of what I wanted.

I keep trying to watch this and cannot get into it. Would I miss much if I skip to ep 3?

I feel bad not to finish it because I can see BJT put a lot into it and he is really amazing. I love his acting.

Too much into it. When I start looking into everything and even thinking of future scenes I want to happen, it is too much! There better be another wedding. The first wedding was hijacked by stress!

Love's Ambition doesn't waste airtime. What a unique use of parody in ep 19. As Barbie and Ben, they are the perfect couple and perfectly synchronized. The way they posed at the check-in desk is a perfect example. That was the appearance of Xu Yan and Hoaming at the start of Love's Ambition. But when they heard the other couple say they liked Twilight romance better they changed into Edward and Bella. This is another allusion to their relationship. Just like Xu Yan and Haoming, their romance began with secrecy. Bella loved Edward. Edward was more powerful and Bella tried to adjust her life to fit his. They separated at some point and Bella became dependent on herself. Eventually they get back together on more equal terms. Of course Xu Yan and Hoaming switched back to normal styling and managed to meet the other couple at the elevator in this one space in time😂

This director or whoever it is who has the power to change scenes seems to know what we want. I haven't been disappointed yet. I mean some bad things must happen but I think there will be a satisfactory ending.

He was in Who Rules the World too. She might as well adopt him💗

I think the director is doing a switch into the next stage with this. Obviously, it is not physically possible for them to leave and come back in different outfits and vehicles in the time it takes for the other couple to walk to the elevator😂 I would love to the read the director's take on this.

I remembered to rate the episodes but I just realized I haven't updated the watched episodes since ep 6!

She is outstanding in every way. I am not really surprised because her performance here reminds me of how I felt watching her in WRTW. But I have to check out the director of Love's Ambition. I think he is amazing. Excellent work.
