I felt the same after ep 18. I am done with him. He was pure evil there. The first time I saw him I thought he had some boyish charm that made him so daring but I got over that. Time for him to go.

It is all about timing. The director has his reasons. He is waiting for Chang Yu to grow to the point the relationship is more balanced. Be patient. I am sure it will be worth the wait.

I haven't seen the leeked episode and I don't want to but good to know those scenes were not cut. I previously made a comment that it was not censorship that the director held back but it was more his sense of timing. This director has a purpose for everything.

Pursuit of Jade is coming together. It gave time for Chang Yu to grow. Everything has meaning. They are all connected. I don't think it is because of censorship that the director held back on intimate scenes between the leads because the second couple has some. I think the leads will have their time. I have to wonder if the director waited for Chang Yu to evolve and grow into what we saw in ep 30. And there are still secrets between the leads. When the time comes, it will be when the relationship has reached a more stable and equal level.
