I found it therapeutic to read through the information. Thank you again, Frost_edelweiss! I spent the last 2 hrs reading the wonderful information and clicking on links. It made me feel better. I miss them! I always looked for Lusi's dramas because I love everything about her. But her performance in TSOPG makes me want to cry because it was amazing. And I liked Liu Yu Ning before but his chemistry with Lusi is so special I want to cry. You all watched it so you know what I mean.

I don't watch too many Kdramas but Flower of Evil was a great watch for me.

I don't think Lighter & Princess is on Netflix.Not in my region anyway. It is on youtube though. I loved L&P. On rewatch after the 4th time, I start fast-forwarding through the sml who is the antagonist because I already know his story. Zhang Jing Yi is the actress. Her character comes from a wealthy family and her mother is protective. The ML had it tough but his genius got him into college. The chemistry sizzles. It is one of enduring love. And it ends well.

Lighter & Princess is special to me. It has some angst in the middle but moves fast into the second stage. The ML is often seen as toxic at the start so you have to look beyond the surface. His bottom line is the FL but he might not always show it. You should try it.

Good idea! I started a rewatch just before this one came out and intended to wait to start TSOPG but I got sucked in. Maybe I need to watch HL to get me out of my present mood.

I looked at your list of dramas with kiss scenes that will melt your heart and I will say TSOPG is better than many of the ones you listed that I have seen.

Trust me when I tell you, it does. If you want, you can view the video I posted at the top "happy video" to get a sense of the chemistry. They hold hands are loving once they get together. Let me see what else you have watched and loved and I will see if I can give you a comparison. I am so picky when it comes to chemistry. There are some dramas that people go all crazy over "hot" scenes and i don't feel it. You can take a look at my reviews.

I loved that and from there I enjoyed their unique old married couple chemistry.

I know the feeling. I will eventually either rewatch an old favorite or find something else to watch.

The angst was really not so bad. The pace is good.

It is one of those dramas you feel sad but you have no regrets watching. My heart is heavy.

Some say open some say sad. The journey was beautiful to watch. I have no regrets even if I wanted another ending. I usually avoid sad endings but this is worth the ride. Just watch it and see for yourself. I never wanted to fast forward through any of it.
