You know when you said it is obvious already, what we obvious is not what others see. Like you, it is obvious to me that LR loves and wants PWX in her life. But others are still asking if she likes SRQ more. I think even in the preview for ep 18/19, the maid asks that question so the director wants us to question it. But for me, it was obvious right from the start when I watched LR die with tears rolling down her cheeks, that she loved PWX. They both crying. They never thought one would kill the other. And the way she reacted to PWX after going back in time shows she was emotional with him. She doesn't trust him with heart because of the pain of the past. She is always looking for assurance and keeps asking him if he will be with her till the end. Remember when she said the one thing she regretted was "missing you." This was in the scene where she died. It was translated as "missing" but I think it refers to her perceived mistake choosing PWX and not SRQ. You will feel gutted at the end but then you watch Forever and Ever and it was lovely to see they way they were drawn together. Bai Lu did an excellent job showing a Shiyi who dreamed of this past all her life and was able to recognize her love when she saw him. See if you can figure out who is the reincarnation of the crowned prince. Every detail in this drama is significant.

I can feel their love for each other and I adore PWX. Jin Mai is one of my favorite actresses and I enjoy watching her so putting both Mai Mai and ZHL together is a huge pull for me. The thing for me is, I don't see LR loving SRQ. Jin Mai has done an excellent job showing changes in expressions that even when she made PWX eat lemons, there is part of her that cares. Yes, those first 2 episodes were harsh and perhaps caused some to drop the drama. I have seen her reaction to PWX as opposed to her reaction to SRQ. The drama might show that due to the past relationship, she cannot just ignore SRQ especially as she is trying to investigate the root of his actions. I have separated her past from the present in terms of the romance with PWX. As of the present, I feel she loves PWX but needs time to trust her heart to him again. She might look at SRQ as in the umbrella scene, but unlike some, I didn't see that as yearning. What I noticed was that both PWX and LR noted that SRQ looked just the same as he did before.
