The Double didn't have much promo.

I love the visuals. And I also finished all the availabe episodes in one go.

I got an answer from someone who read the book. No. They did not die in the book.

The director did a terrible thing to Wen Ji and Lu Ji. I don't know if I could ever trust this director in the future but he did a good job otherwise.

I get that. I am so mad at the unnecessary deaths at the end. Why kill Duke Su's right hand men who were so adorable? I get so mad thinking about it. Someone posted a link to the director's account and you can see people scolded him for the ending, lack of kiss scenes for the leads when he showed one with SYR, and for the last battle scene. But I gave it a 10 half way through because of the feels and Duke Su, so I left it. I hope people scold that director some more. I believe he is the same director for Go Princess Go.

I don't think I revealed anything. I only said I wanted something to happen. I checked my posts and anything from the drama I already had in spoiler tags but my own thoughts of what I wanted to see is not a spoiler.

I realize I saw it but I didn't want to see her kissing someone else so probably blocked it out. LOL!

I think the director wanted to contrast this scene with SYR to the one where she runs in her redress at the end of ep 40. But it was a happier scene with SYR. I love that people are mad at him for changing scenes for his own creativity.

There is a short length drama that I started watching today. It is called Beauty Strategy. It helps with the withdrawal.

I loved WXY as Duke Su! The way he looked at XFF. He made it a 10 for me. I mean I also loved the other characters and the performances were great. But WXY...how can someone so young perfect all the different looks so well?

Which episode had a perfect kiss between SYR and JL? I might have closed my eyes...not dozed off this time but on purpose. I don't remember seeing that.

By the way, which director was this? There are 3 on the cast list.

I would love to see how they scolded him. Did they let him know how horrible it was to kill off that perfect pair? They were Duke Su's right hands.

It was horrid! I will have to skip that part on rewatch. It made no sense!!! I am not sure if it is in the book or if those characters existed. But they were funny and skilled at the same time and what they did to them was just wrong.

In the book, did Wen Ji and Lu Ji die?
