Totally agree. Xu Kai is excellent in BCE. Yang Zi is an excellent actress. I am waiting for when they finally get together as I am still a bit behind.

I have not hit the fast forward button once. Yang Zi is an excellent actress and Xu Kai is wonderful.

I get that the FL and ML are not biologically related but I was trying to figure out what I missed in terms of how she is connected with FL. Thank you.

I have been watching on and off and finally settling into watching BCE. I am confused about the grandmother. Whose grandmother is she? The ML's or the FL's?

I tried to rate the episodes the other day and it was not going through. I will try again.

One aspect of L&P that made the CP amazing was that the couple chemistry. The ML acted as if he didn't care, yet he would do anything for the FL. He loved her deeply. She was the light in his life...his princess. I could go on and on but since you agreed with Avenue X, the magic that was L&P is not what you saw. He had a good heart that was even more evident at the end. L&P is one I can never move on from. I just take breaks then rewatch. I felt for the ML and all he had endured including the death of his sister. Thank goodness true love endured the pain of the events that followed . Zhang Jing Yi became one of my favorite actresses and she is one of the most natural with couple chemistry.

I gave it a 10 long before 28. Zhang Jing Yi as the strong female lead made it fascinating right from the start.

I love the way they are together. They have a trusting and loving relationship. Yi Tian doesn't have Arthur Chen's mesmerizing gaze but his character is strong and will not allow anyone to harm the FL. But his character is still loving. It is adorable the way he keeps holding Hua Zhi's hand. Also, love the way he hugs her. And of course, Zhang Jing Yi as always makes it real.

I feel the same. I don't even know if I will watch season 3.

There is something really special about Cdramas that they are all I watch now with some Kdramas thrown in.

First I heard of her was when Hidden Love came out. Then I read some comments about what she said about Lighter and Princess, which is a drama that has a special place in my heart. I have not been interested enough to watch her reviews. L&P is amazing on many levels. Loved it so much and Zhang Jing Yi has been my favorite actress since then.

The chemistry was good in Bright Eyes in the Dark. If only the director or screenwriter didn't feel the need to change the book ending to what it is.
