The feel I got from CXX's character was one that was calm yet powerful. The chemistry was near perfect, and the kiss scenes were much better than many. But what disappointed me was the lack of a wedding. I guess we just have to imagine it will happen. Dramas these days seem to spend more time on weddings of other characters.
I wish they had not turned the best friend's husband into a cheater. They looked like such a sweet couple.
The husband forgetting their anniversary and giving her the free gift from the restaurant was so bad. But it doesn't make sense because he was otherwise shown as a caring husband.
I think they had to reduce the number of episodes. They should have cut most of the Canadian scenes and give us the wedding. They looked so happy at the wedding. And Heyu looked so cute dancing. He just watches what Esther does and try to follow along😂
I guess they didn't have time. And they didn't give us a good wedding! Did you see the deleted wedding scenes for SAL? I was so upset when I finished SAL thinking the ending was satisfying until I saw the deleted scenes.
I didn't understand the comments about the sml syndrome in here. I had eyes only for Xiao Zhi Yu. But I confess...in the wee hours of the morning when my eyes were feeling dry and tired, I felt bad for Pei. I did 😢
I thought we saw the last of him in college but when he kept showing up, I asked, "What is his purpose?"😂 The sml fell in love with her but he let social status and his need to be superior get in the way. The part where he grabbed the phone from her and told everyone the call was not valid made me so mad. But I felt a little bad for him at the end.
