Maybe they are comparing to say both are addictive. I could not stop rewatching Hidden Love until I decided to rewatch L&P and got stuck on L&P it all over again. Both shows have the same feel that the couple is connected. For me L&P helped me break away from HL and now I am trying to watch other shows and hoping for nice rewatch after I forget some of both.

Maybe I got distracted for a moment but I did not see the FL get rid of her loan sharks! I don't want to go back to watch again so I will take your word for it.

This is a big negative for me. She dresses the same in other shows too. Clothes are shapeless. I find that the actresses in new shows dress much better such as Wang Chu Ran. I avoid this actress.

Li Xun would do anything for Zhu Yun! If he had not helped her by going against the guy she hated, things would not have turned out so tragic for him. I don't know what they saw in him to call him toxic. I think they misunderstood his introverted nature. But she understood him and loved him for who he was. Now I feel like watching it all over again!

I didn't mean the cast should pay her taxes. I meant once she pays her taxes it would be good for the rest of the cast.I am not sure how it works but I would think the cast got paid for their work.

Hopefully for the rest of the cast paying her taxes will resolve the issue. This might be the end of her career. I don't know how it works. As I said before, she is not a favorite of mine but Allen Ren is but the last show of his that I loved was One and Only and Forever and Ever. Oh wait. I also like him in The Blue Whisper.

I see abortion in the tags. I don't normally like watching divorced FL's shows but did she have an abortion also? I don't mind spoilers.

True. As the FL, there must be numerous scenes. She is not a favorite of mine so I don't care if she is replaced but I can see it would be a big expense and time to reshoot the FL's scenes.

I finished Twilight. It was slow in pasts but I loved the ML and the FL. I am going for the rooftop scene as the final scene even though it seems it was part of a script also.

Maybe they could change the actress.

You only voiced your preference. Regardless of if they agree with you or not, people should not be saying you should stop watching.

Oh now I see that the show is The Youth Memories. I have not seen it.

I love both! I think HL can be watched as a light romance but I felt it too much it to be light. It was emotional. Yes, it was full of sweetness and I loved it but I also felt sad for what Jiaxu had to go through. He worked so hard to support his parents and pay off his obligatory debts as well as lived with the stigma of what his father did. It is the FL who made him feel he was worth being loved. And of course, no need to say more about L&P. I could not move on from both.

I took a look but the FL looked too old, so I didn’t bother. I will skip Sunshine by My Side. I really like the male lead also.

Speaking of Seven Tan, I immediately commented that I was disappointed to see her with Xu Kai in ABAY, and I got attacked by a few. I had not yet scrolled down the page to see all the happy comments before I made the comment of disappointment. 😂 I agree with you. I don’t feel she is a good match for him. I don’t really see him with Yang Zi either even though she is only 2 years older. He did do a movie with Lu Si but I didn’t watch it. I haven’t seen MJTY as yet but I loved Ester Yu in Romance of the Little Forest. I am going to start MJTY soon.

They keep putting Xu Kai with older women. He has one coming out with Ester Yu. I am looking forward to that. I didn’t watch Nothing But You either. It must be something many like for them to keep coming out with the older woman trope. I like Yang Mi too but not with Xu Kai. Yes. We all have our own preferences and people should not be attacked for voicing a preference.
