Hard disagree.
I couldn't agree more but I still do think that romance wasn't necessary in here.

Hard disagree.
I would love to know why to get a fresh perspective

On the other hand, I feel like I've run out of my delulu capacity. It no longer provides me momentary happiness. Maybe because it has become a part of my routine. It's not just the realism in them but I feel like modern romances appear so artificial in general. They seem to be trying too hard to make our hearts flutter but fail to do so cause they lack sincerity which ironically they're damn aware of. I was rewatching an old jdrama a couple of days before and the 'romance' in it flowed so naturally that it did catch me off guard and guess what it wasn't even a full blown romance drama. They were just teasing it but god how real it felt! I didn't know how much I missed that until I watched it. That's really comforting to know. Lack of fresh ideas made me think that the 'trend' died off :( xD

btw, I thought noona romance popularity died off since there weren't many fresh releases this year.

yep, you're right. it was a dumb take. Most noona romances are still stuck around 20-30 range so that 'older woman still looks pretty' and that's where I was thinking. honestly, tired of them selling the delulu of true love even as a fan of noona romance.

Got it. Totally understandable and honestly very true! Hard to believe how traditional mindsets are still masked by those fashionable fits in 2026.

Please man I hope we don’t have a 10 year gap or more
Why? What's wrong with that? Personally, I feel like a true 'age gap' is a difference in age of a decade or more. Anything less than that feels not that much of an 'age gap' to me but rather 'age difference'

younger love interest doesn't have to be childish for it to be considered as 'younger'. I totally get Jiang Yu Da hate.

I didn't like how her first love acr was wrapped up too quickly. We had 41 eps man. More than enough to explore her first love more and to spread it out for more content. I can't begin to understand what was the rush to wrap it up so abruptly?
