To me it is not repetitive. The repetition is meaningful.

This is the only show that captivates me so much, as of now.

Indeed, it is sad. I did not watch the previews but it is hard to see a righteous and impartial girl like her, falling into the Crown Prince's trap.
If she could, at least, safeguard her dignity and not become his "pawn" like she said. But I know that I am dreaming at this point.

"I was attached to this drama from ep. 1. Thought it had a strong start. Story and romance was quite fast paced. But, yes it kinda went downhill midway. First time to watch Hankiz Omar as FL. Very beautiful face. I just didn't felt connected to the MC. Their character seems bland for me. I sticked to this drama because of Ruo Wen. I really liked his character. Way better off than the ML. It would really have been better for me if his character was given a chance and he's really better off with FL tbh. I would have felt the chemistry better I guess if that happened. Basically, there would have been a balance of roughness and being a gentle woman as the FL portrays.

This drama had a good potential. Wrong choice of ML I guess. But, I have to commend Guang Chang's great acting as well. Being the 2FL, she did great better than the FL acting wise. Overall, it's a 7.5 for me. Steaminess were better executed by the SC than MC.

Just some thoughts, based on what I've seen in this drama, all steamy scenes between couples are consensual. I don't understand why some would say women were forced here. Like what? All the women involved with their men are to their liking and no one was forced to be in bed with their men. If some are pertaining to the scene where Ruo Wen forced FL in his bed is just to look in her eyes that he can't figure out where he has seen them. And yes ML was there to the rescue claiming his woman."

Yes, Ruo Wen tried to rape FL twice.

The first time he drugged her, luckily she escaped thanks to ML .
The second time he forced himself onto her, and was distracted a few seconds by her eyes. And SFL and ML saved her ... again.
If it was only to look into her eyes, why would Ruo Wen corner Bei Shuang on a bed? That doesn't make any sense at all.

If everybody see the rapes attempts, can everybody be mistaken and it's only you, who don't take drugging someone to have sex with that person a rape?

Tell it to the French Lady, her 75 years old husband drugged for 10 years, on 200 instances with sleeping pills. And have her raped by 50 men (from 26 to 75 years old) that he found on the internet.
