Maybe she has to finished a multi-drama contract before she can move on. In this case this is not about her agency being at fault. It would be a contract like many people do in entertainment.

Or she has to respect previous contracts she signed. Exemple: 3 movies contract type or more. So she would have to finish before moving on. Her agency maybe has nothing to do with it.

I understand if Male Lead tries to get close to her and she refuses him ( this would be very well done in a comedic way). It is logical due to the character history.
But I don't understand if Female lead (he, the womanizer in modern times) responds or is flusterred. This would not make any sens at all.
Would cazanova be flustered by a man?

Female Lead ends up with the robot and the human look-alike (nam shin) of the robot becomes a good person.

I totally agree. If they do romance scenes in ancient times, I drop this immediatly. This is too weird. How would his preferences change, just because he is dressed like a woman basically.

I would bet that Male Lead would meet her when he comes back to modern times. If there is romance, I would prefere them to have it in modern times. But I know that I am probably dreaming :-/

This drama is so amazing that it leaves a (sweet) trace. I am happy I watched it.
So I think you will be too. This is a masterpiece. Enjoy it with a lot of tissues.

I also find the "body swap opposite genre" trope not understandable. This is why I did not watch "Mr Queen". It seems unrealistic spychologicaly speaking.
I stepped into this drama because of female Lead. Like you, I appreciated "a familiar stranger".
The drama is very entertaining so far. She is doing a great job. And I hope it gets better and better.

This drama suprised me at every episode and I enjoyed it a lot.
