I counted and seems 3 are missing :Choo SungHoon - probably too busy. Yun SungBin - they hyped him up so much…
thought so too. He's strong but I think he doesn't have stronger willpower than the others. I'm even thinking Sik might have lasted longer in that challenge had he not gave way for Sungbin.
I personally don't think it is prejudiced against women. I actually liked that they played the same games regardless…
Maybe we have a different definition of prejudice. Prejudice is when you give judgement that is not based on reason or actual things. I'm a woman too, and realistically during a team up I would want to increase my odds of winning. That means my preferred team would be the stronger male contestant, and if I can, I would also avoid the smaller and injured contestants. It doesn't mean I look down on being a woman, just means I'm making realistic decision based on known facts (that a healthy bigger male physique have an advantage in that challenge).
i wonder why some of the final 20 weren't cheering for the top five
I counted and seems 3 are missing : Choo SungHoon - probably too busy.
Yun SungBin - they hyped him up so much and it probably would have felt like a downer just him being a background character on the final ep. OR probably just also really busy, he's kind of a celebrity too.

I won't call it prejudice just because they were not chosen. I'm not too hung up on this being a gender topic, it's just the reality that they would want to team up with obvious stronger players. The smaller and seemingly weaker male contestants were also not the preferred options.
The goal of the show is to find the 'strongest' body regardless of age, race, gender and all other factors. Naturally, the male physique have the advantage, it is how it is. What is not fair and would be condescending is if they gave the women special treatment just because they are women. Don't get too caught up in needing to be a winner, though not considered in the show, we audience recognize these other factors (like age and gender). So although they didn't win, what they achieved is already a massive feat
There's athletic muscles, show muscles, athletes, and lean muscles Being bigger doesn't mean stronger, being a…
I personally don't think it is prejudiced against women. I actually liked that they played the same games regardless of gender, we just have to accept that there is really a physical difference between men and women. That's why in real sports there are different categories for male and female (which is getting blurry these days due to woke mentality.) Obviously the women are at a disadvantage on this show, but we still get to see many of them shine. It would have been insulting if they watered down the games just for the women. The girls may have lost but they kept their pride and gained massive respect.
Jo JinHyeong (car dealer) struggling and still never giving up made me tear up a bit. It really reminded me of Ma SeongDok holding the door scene in Train to Busan.
Nice to know that the original writer for S1 is now back for S2. There really was an obvious shift in story direction…
I think the original writer follows the episodic formula, viewers get angry and frustrated then feels relieved and satisfied towards the end, but hey it totally works for Taxi Driver! The writer who replaced him/her in season1 tried to change that and created more general plot and character arc, but it wasn't smartly done.
I don't mind if they continue with the original format and continues with more season just taking new cases and solving them. I like how the cases are inspired by real life stories, it's so satisfying to see justice served even if only in fiction.
this just proves what weak presence Prosecutor Kang had in season 1, they easily cut off her character and I don't see anyone complaining. Esom was great, but writers didn't fully utilize her character.
The story is good and I like the angst. I think both leads are great actors, however, for some reason I don't see chemistry. It's like they do not match at all. ML do not really give doctor vibes but he seems more suited for tougher roles. FL I think is perfect for the role, but she seems too young for ML. And I'm not talking physical but just overall vibe. I can't help but reimagine if it was GongJun (remembering his Doctor role in Begin Again), maybe I would feel differently. anyhow, I will still continue to watch and see if I feel differently later on.

3rd person I couldn't recall who.

his blank expressions and vacant eyes is creepy to me.
and Kim Yewon is the bestfriend of the girl being stalked again.
