What doesn't make sense to me is that they were so extreme during highschool yet ironically when they got older and have more power they suddenly couldn't do anything to her. Of course I'm rooting for ML, but given the bullies morals and sadistic tendencies, killing her would have been an easy solution for them.
Glad they didn't explicity showed it, but it looks like she was also raped. This makes me wish LeJeHoon's 'Taxi Driver' company shows up and bring justice for her.
And the teacher slapping her in front of everyone. How is that even possible? So many bullying/torture K-shows these days. Kdramas better chill a bit otherwise this will wipe out the rainbows&flowers country image they built from their fluffy shows from before.
The revenge better be satisfying because 20mins in and my blood is boiling. What's up with these bullying in SoKor highschools, I hope this is not a normal thing there. I know bullying exist, but this level is heinous and sadistic. These kids needs to be psychiatrically checked if this is the amount of evil they're capable of.
I don't understand the mixed reviews. I think this is very well done and also the ending was satisfying. To those who says the acting is cringey, perhaps you are not used to Japanese style acting? In comparison to other Jdramas this is already a lot less cringe. And to those who keeps comparing it to season1, perhaps you only watched for the gore? Or hyperfocused on the manga version? In my opinion, season2 gave emotion and purpose to the show. I was rooting for them the whole time, unlike in season1 where I was just watching and waiting for the next one to die.
This is one of those franchise wherein if you see one clip without knowing any context, you will cringe real hard. But once you watch the whole thing and warmed up to the plot, it will suck you right in. This franchise is top tier entertainment, you will feel cool and badass the whole time haha
guys is this worth watching? and how good it is compared to 1st season?
Better than season1 in my opinion. Season1 stood out for me because of the gore and shock factor. In Season2, because we know the characters better, I rooted for them. There's more emotional aspect in S2 for me.
So what about those dead controllers from S1 final episode? Why did they got killed? Can someone explain it to…
I just posted the same question and waiting answers from manga readers. I'm thinking there are only 12 facecards, if more than 12 players become citizens, do the rest become these 'controllers'? But it still doesn't make sense.
Yes. And how Akane with multiple gunshots managed to crawl to Aguni.haha
True. But for me I made up my own explanation lol I'll just believe that since it all happened in supernatural realm, the rules about their 'physical' state is more forgiving. I think their will to live is what kept their 'Borderland bodies' defy natural logic.

it's entertaining but highly illogical. You gotta switch off your brain from time to time.
After the shock value in ep1, it's becoming a bit ridiculous now. And the pacing is weird

I only saw some clips without subs
He's now basically the Levi of AiB.

I found this.. apparently they are called Dealers.
