To be honest I really wish I would’ve just started from the middle of episode two and watch the flashback first…
I love the way it is. I must admit I was not hooked on the first few episodes. It started heavy on the first episodes but us audience still couldn't connect as we don't care about them at that point, then there is sudden shift in tone when the flashback starts but the sense of curiousity on what leads to ep1 will keep you going. But now that we've come full circle, I really like this eureka feeling of suddenly understanding how all connected and made sense. I rewatched ep1 & 2 and I see it in a totally different perspective. The contrasting feels this gave me make it more enjoyable. If they started chronologically this would just give out a typical shoujo drama vibe and might put off some viewers before we get to the juicy part. lol Plus, now I'm really excited to rewatch everything just to discover some more details I missed.
Did anyone notice the position of Zhu Yun’s ring? When Li Xun saw her through the glass in E1 (around 30 mins…
Yes.somebody made a collection of clips on Twitter with ZY's ring. Whenever she's with LX she wears it on her index finger. It's like announcing to the world she's taken and only available for LX. Can't wait to rewatch and see more details.🎇
So I've always been Team 'do not make LX suffer more' and I understand that ZY has to do the work to get closer again, because if you leave it up to LX it will basically be the end as he won't do anything. BUT, I hope once ZY had finally reeled him in, hook line and sinker lol, I wish she ruffles his feathers a bit. I don't know how but I wanna see him squirm a bit, you know, a little 'playful' payback for all the petty attitude he showed.lol
I'm just in the beginning part, and jealousy and Lixun doesn't go well together. He gets so mean!!! My heart is…
I remember what FZJ said, LX takes revenge even on slightest offense. He's rarely emotionally affected, but when he's hurting he tends to hurt others back. His jealousy coupled with their complicated status got the best of him. He'll come around, and thankfully ZY never gives up on him
I can feel it already, I'm gonna go on a withdrawal syndrome after this.🫠
I don't know when I'll find a drama again that'll make me feel as I feel with L&P *sigh* We still have one month to go before 2022 ends, I hope dramagods drop another good one to fill the void that this will leave.
Lmao, so he got his degree or not? Its such a confusing part for me.
He did graduate. The problem with his resume is the prison time, he basically did not have work experience or any achievemenduring that time. And the fact there is stigma hiring an exconvict
I have one complaint re today’s episode. There definitely should have been at least one scene between Zhu Yun…
ZhuYun is basically a saint as this point. Though I get why she chose to let it go, she understands LX too well. Imagine if she made a big deal out of it and also responded angrily and try to hurt him back with words too, that will basically be the end of whatever remaining connection they have. She knows if she stops trying with LX, LX would never be the one to initiate getting close and working together again. And besides, her knowing LX was in the hospital is already an understanding that he regrets his outburst and he still cares for her. I likened it to having a big fight with your parents/siblings and then afterwards they come ask you to eat.lol

Arthur's voice and him speaking in English 🤌🎇💕

Angry LX is better than No-reaction LX.
he just have a dry humor and sharp tongue, but he's far from toxic.
