The way I understood what happened with L&P. Gao got 50% (previous ZY shares) and was made as legal executor also of LX other 50%. He sold the medical software to use as start up fund for the gaming business. It seems like he dissolved the previous partnership between him and LX and reregistered the company and then took other investors as well (including FZJ). So now LX doesn't hold any shares.

It's a bit confusing as he also refers to the money offer (episode1) to LX as 'buyout' when he did say LX holds no shares in L&P now. I am assuming now there is still legal repercussions to him selling the medical software and he legally owes LX money.
I hope the the revenge comes fast, because I feel so frustrated, I cannot bear the injustice of it all

thank god it's only a few minutes/episode with LiXun in prison. My heart is not able to take seeing proud LX suffering and looking pathetic. I literally feel rage seeing Gao and FZJ, specially when they address L&P as 'their' company. I hope the payback comes soon!!!
