In a defense for the kiss at the cliff, that kiss actually not on the script and earth and mix was instructed to kiss on the spot when they're about to take a shoot of that scene, so if you feel it a bit crammed it's because it was added in the last minute without any preparations and just went with a flow

I think it's because tian's dad already knew the transplant organ donor identity (torfun) and the reason why tian went to the village (if not how could he found tian runaway to be a volunteer teacher on that village) also to avoid the "casualty" because tian's dad also already knew the caused of the death of the donor was indirectly related to tian so he didn't mention about tian's conditions and surgery to phupha, imo we might not see it on the series but i think tian's father was a smart person and very calculated (not in the bad way) that's why he didn't got surprise at all about tian and phupha at the airport
