I like Xu Kai personally and I’m sure he’d do great but I’d just like someone else for a change, he always gets the best parts (and he’s an A-listed actor so he’ll always get work) I mean, one of the rumors had mentioned Deng Wei, I would have been so happy if it were him !
That’s her age at the start of the novel and by the end, she’s about 17-18 (and that’s probably out of wish for realism, since girls would seemingly be considered « grown up » pretty early in ancient China) I doubt they really choose a 14-18 years old actress
Do they actually realize how dumb it is to wait too long ? I mean, let’s not even mention the fact that the viewers may lose interest, like with Gilbert Lam’s Journey To The West (they waited six years), let’s simply remember that by the time they don’t release this, there may be a scandal with one of the actors which will make it impossible to ever release this and will definitely ruin everyone’s work (like Zhang Zhe Han’s Zhao Ge, where they waited 5 DAMN YEARS before his scandal came up ; they had 5 years to avoid this problem and look what happened)

But hey ! It’s Dramaland so let’s have them end up together ! And the female lead gets bullied all the time but people barely apologize to her
Oh no it’s definitely her, not the roles she played : you’re not the only one who noticed it, but whatever part she’s playing, she always has the same absent facial expression, like she absolutely doesn’t care what is happening or whether she’s acting the part or not
Hi, i wanted to ask something and from what i saw, you watched the whole drama Through the whole drama, the grandpa’s sons always mentions that they’re not the old man and his wife’s biological sons, but that unlike them, Hemawat, the male lead’s birth father, is. So I’m not sure I understood : Neung (female lead’s father), Song (the abusive father of Lawan), Saam (father of that jerk Tot) we’re all adopted because the father had no sons but not long after, his wife got pregnant with male lead’s father, making the male lead’s father the only legitimate and biological son of the grandfather while all of the others were just adopted. Which is why they felt so threatened by the male lead’s father and the male lead himself when they learnt that male lead was his biological grandson I got it right ?
How is the ending? Happy ending as a couple for the leads? Also are the leads related? I am confused. It says…
