Lol, when the female villain gave a speech about how her dad used to serve the FL's dad and to remind her to serve well the "young lady"... She reminds me so much of her part in Mountains and Oceans... where she was already a servant's daughter who despised how her parent would bow down to the female lead and her family, detested how their differences of status would make her inferior to the female lead that she nicknamed "Young Lady" out of spite and would be ungrateful to the female lead's kindness to her, even wanting her man (except she never succeeded in Mountains and Oceans) 😂😂😂 It seems she is doomed to be the servant's daughter who's jealous of the rich and pretty female lead ! I hope the actress Ma Xin Yu will get more parts though, she's a brilliant actress who's unfortunately ver underrated and lacks ressources !

2 years don’t mean it’s canceled ; some Chinese dramas stay shelved for four years before their sudden release (the longest I’ve seen is six years and I’ve seen that 3 times)

If I understand correctly, she does end up with Mo Li and her brother does give his kidney to his dad (there's this touching scene where they try to explain to him that they need his agreement for the surgery and they ask if he agrees ; after a few moments of silence where he seems to not understand what's going, he starts screaming "Savd Daddy ! Save Daddy !" and he signs without waiting 😭)
