That scene when Prai confides in Prae… It’s so simple and yet so beautiful… And Pae’s acting is so beautiful here… You can see everything here… the pain he’s trying so hard to restrain but is slowly letting go when facing Prae’s kindness and understanding… The need to find someone to listen to him, advise him and show him compassion and the relief when finally finding someone with whom he could let go, not even knowing he was actually looking for one
All of those people being with someone when thinking about another… 😒 i don’t know who’s the worst : May and Chayut who keep switching feelings (when they’re with someone, they want another ; when they’re finally with the other, the start regretting the previous and so on and on) or Kasak and Chon who always loved each other but are dumb enough to keep denying and keep being with someone else who manipulates them. And if this is supposed to be May’s redemption arc… URGH ! She keeps switching, keeps manipulating, but this times uses the guilt card and even tries to use the kid to manipulate Kasak. We’re supposed to like her after that ?
I am on the 2nd episode and only have one question. Does the cop ever get that fish bone unstuck from his throat?…
I think the fish bone stuck in his throat is a metaphor representing the story. He keeps hurting because he chooses to keep that fish bone stuck in his throat : he doesn’t remove it (until late in the story) because he’s scared that it will hurt (a fact pointed out by the doctor who gets that fish bone out of his throat). And even though it was painful, he’s relieved once the fish bone is out (at the same time, he’s also psychologically relieved because he finally talked to someone about his childhood trauma : so there is a parallel between the fish bone and his trauma that both need to be get out to relieve that pain : that illustrates the whole point of the story, which is that if you want to be relieved of your pain, you must sometimes let it out first, even if the process is painful) The story is not called « thorn » for nothing
she is crazy character right? what will make her ever satisfied?
Nothing, I think… She seems very self-destructive. She’s the kind who keep asking for things she’s not allowed for, keep doing things she has no right to and refuse to take responsibility or fault for her past actions, always finding herself justifications, always pushing the blame on others, and who wants to believe she’s really entitled to everything But no one can do as they always want in this world (you have to either make concessions or to pay when you make mistakes), so this kind of person usually ends facing consequences they can’t stand
Okay, Prai really needs to divorce Yuanta now… Their relationship now is not only suffering, it’s completely toxic now and it’s affecting him and his temper… He’s someone who would usually crave for a happy and simple marriage life (which is why Prae would actually be a good match for him) but Yuanta drives him to madness, making him do things that are unlike his normally righteous temper, making him do things that lead him to hate himself, and now their relationship is nothing but conflict and harming each other. Yuanta has always been all about self-destruction so it’s her business. But Prai is not like that. He just wants the simple and innocent happiness he deserves to and she’s dragging him into something hideous, dark and nauseating. But it seems that next episode will bring Prai closer to the realization that Prae may be the one he should really have
This is their 3rd Lakorn. But I am going to watch the one with Kem because It will air first. Seems like Mookda…
It’s not like she can pick herself her male partners on screen, the channel is the one that decides that Edit : moreover, she’s far from being the only actress who acts with the same partners over and over again (ex : Nadech and Yaya acted together 8 times already and no one says a thing about it), that’s something very frequent in the industry. And it’s Mike who asked to have her as his partner in this drama
Today’s episode was just AMAZING ! Their actings… there’s just no words, especially in those scene when they were fighting… you could literally feel Prai’s despair and descent into madness after having been so unfairly betrayed… Yuanta who was already in madness but falls in even deeper after being plotted by Jom and Lee and forced to admit her adulterous relationship… And Prai’s sadness and disappointment when being used by her close ones and realize the despicable things they can do… And those scenes when Prai was confronting Yuanta about her infidelity or simply even thinking about it… or when he went into their room with a gun… damn, the tension was amazing…
I feel so sorry for Prae… I know she’s not very smart but she just realizes that two of the people she loves most used her to take part in their despicable plot against Yuanta (have Yuanta drugged so that her lover would assault her and her husband would surprise her). I don’t feel sorry for Yuanta’s because she practically did the same to Prae’s cousin… But Prae doesn’t know what happened to her cousin so it’s normal for her to be shocked and sad when realizing her husband and her cousin are capable of such a disgusting and despicable plot (and to be honest, I don’t think she would approve even if she knew and i understand : for some things, even if people do it to you, I don’t think it makes it right for you to do it to them or to others ; even if they deserve it, in the end, it break something in you : for example, Naewprai was about to hit Yuanta twice and even if she’d have deserved it, his realization that he almost became a man who had hit his wife seemed to have broken something in him) To realize the people you love and believe in can do such despicable things… I can’t imagine how Prae must have felt
Kasa turned more and more annoying… When he’s angry with her, he’s intolerable… But when he feels like it, he decided to flirt and be cheeky with her again like nothing happened, especially ever since he thinks she’s pregnant… I don’t know, I’d like to hear a « I’m sorry », « I was wrong », « I behave like a dummy because I was heartbroken and wanted to make you jealous »… For once, a male lead who would really apologize when he does wrong and not just be cheeky and act like nothing happened when he feels like it (and certainly not because he realizes the woman is pregnant) and then we’re supposed to forgive him because « he’s so loving and charming ! » Moreover, the way they are all switching Love again and again is annoying… first, Chayut stole May from Kasa… and when Chon came in, he Kasa just went back to May to make her jealous (very dumb move)… and now that he realizes she may be pregnant, he wants to go back with her, even though she’s with his brother, even though he’s already engaged to the other bitch… he’s being very irresponsible
Although she’s selfish, I think she didn’t realize her lies would lead to such a turn of events (Chayut and the others being hurt due to that). Moreover, that blonde bitch telling her clearly that she was only doing everything for herself forced her to face the truth she’s been denying all along : she’s not the virtuous woman she liked to think she was.
What an a**! He abandoned Chon 6 years ago and never even bothered to go back and check on her. He has no rights…
Yeah, that’s even more annoying because he keeps pretending he’s crazy in love about May to annoy her and the moment he realizes she may be pregnant, he’s like « wait, I’ll take responsibility ! » like none of this happened. How could she accept him when he’s now engaged with that bitch and keeps taking her side and pretending he loves May ? Anyone would feel like he’s doing it only for the baby but still loves May He’s definitely stupid and selfish for not taking all of that into account (and thinking of switching again from May to Chom… does he really think that it’s so easy?)
It’s so simple and yet so beautiful…
And Pae’s acting is so beautiful here…
You can see everything here… the pain he’s trying so hard to restrain but is slowly letting go when facing Prae’s kindness and understanding… The need to find someone to listen to him, advise him and show him compassion and the relief when finally finding someone with whom he could let go, not even knowing he was actually looking for one

Dramaland so often played that trick on us that it doesn’t really work anymore
The truth slowly hits everyone !
He’s definitely stupid and selfish for not taking all of that into account (and thinking of switching again from May to Chom… does he really think that it’s so easy?)
