I’m practically sure this is a happy ending. Also, from what I remember, the eunuch isn’t actually a eunuch, he’s using his dead twin brother’s identity (twin brother who definitely was e eunuch)
Yeah. Such a waste to cast him as a side character. He's a talented actor and not just good looking.
in my opinion, he was kinda forced to act in this drama, just like many other members of the cast (since this was commissioned by the chinese government to celebrate the century of chinese communism) so let's not even talk about choosing the kind of charater he plays, he probably didn't even have a say in acting in this drama at all
A good rape culture drama. Raping isn't a big deal, but posting on facebook is the most evil thing of the world…
I don’t think that was the message they wanted to convey (although I agree : they could have done better) It was more about how society reacts when they hear about rape : instead of helping the victim and arresting the assaulter, they watch this like a show (uploading the video, sharing it and commenting like it’s entertaining), mock and criticize the victim who’s already suffering instead of helping her (even though a video makes it obvious that it’s assault) So yeah, part of the dénonciation is about how internet doesn’t help but not only
This novel the female lead and male lead is super smart. I hope they do not make the female lead weak, acting…
Don’t get too much hope, they’ll probably change plenty of things just like they often do when they adapt novels (The Princess Wei Young, General and I…). Although I also hope they won’t
Why? Aren't there literally like countless drama adaptations of the Return of the Condor Heroes already out there…
Yes, but I like the actors and I have nothing against countless adaptations (I actually like that, it’s always so fun to see the differences between the various adaptations)
