Damn when they literally threw Holland in the air!! The fourth episode was so exciting omg also the battle at the end? Best part. The battle between the two krumpers was the highlight of the episode.
But I think the order is wrong though… Reunion occurs later than Tomb of Sea… I think Qin Hao’s eyes are…
Yeah and well I haven't read the novel yet, but from what I got to know from spoilers and others things, he has all the reasons to be like that... I wish they could have told us more even in the drama.

While it's true that Zhu YiLong looks younger than Qin Hao (idk the respective age tho), I don't think they should have change the order.
Yeah, Qin Hao's Wu Xie is more hollow almost, you can see the pain and the disperation that drives him forward. While Zhu YiLong's Wu Xie has recovered a little of his natural cheekiness. And I think that's on point because he got Xiaoge back. He's supposedly retired and yeah, still haunted by his past, but he's got back both of his best friends.
That's why for me both Qin Hao and Zhu YiLong are good for their respective adaptions, but I mean everyone's different lol.
Didn't expect this, but now I'm near the end I found myself liking Yang Hao a lot. Idk I feel his character is the most believable one among the three kids (how he reacts to those awful experience while being abused and manipulated, his fear and the anger, the pain to be able to come back only to learn he's now all alone) and the actor is pretty good at conveing Yang Hao emotions, I always feel with him.
Among the youngest, I like Lucas the most. He, Sean and Locking Dou are the best in the new generation! Also I'm developing a really bad crush on Kyoka lmao she's too good.
I watched Reunion before starting this (I'm only five episodes in) and idk if Zhu Yi Long in addition to the novel also studied Qin Hao's Wu Xie, but there's some moments where Qin Hao does a particular sly smile, tilts his head at a certain angle or even the way he observes warily the chambers of the tomb and I can perfectly overlap Zhu Yi Long's Wu Xie over him. Like, damn, that makes both of them pretty good actors with a full grasp over their character.
Not the first 15 minutes of the final episode being just Wu Xie and Xiao Hua grieving about their respective boyfriends lmao you can't be more obvious than this. Also it ends like this?? They didn't explain almost anything sob 😭
They give us a dark comedy thriller with Choi Woo Shik as the killer, Son Seok Koo as the detective and now we also got Lee Hee Joon? This sounds too good to be true, gosh, now I really can't wait until its release.
I'm happy we finally have a female captain (and it's Liu Yu Xin no less), but damn the fact I have to go on the youku app to watch this with subtitles it bugs me to no end.
oh no :/ did they announce this somewhere? i was looking forward to watching it on youtube again...setting up…
Yeah, if you look under one of their trailers on youtube (the one ten minutes long) on the pinned comment they say we need the youku international app to watch this season.
Didn't expect to see Jung Won Chang already at the end of the second episode! Wonder if his character will be a full evil villain like his other roles? Anyway, I'm pretty excited to see him again!
Also these two first episodes went well beyond my expectations, they were really good: can't wait to have more.
It shifts between various tone very well - humor, melodrama, serious, light hearted, & it’s quite emotional.…
I like both slice of life and political drama, but I'm not really into drama heavy on comedy side. From what you've told me (plus the plot interests me), it seems something I would enjoy, so I'll definitely check it out.
