Honestly have no idea how Ken is coping with having James around, because if I was immortal AND suicidal and suddenly there's this hot clingy guy who's making me feel emotions for the first time in centuries while I've never been so close to find the one who can actually kill me for good, I'd be a fucking mess.

No, but actually your observation got me thinking and you could have a point. Maybe it's not that Nours have a rainbow/idiriscent aura per se, maybe they are grayish colored but they start to shine only after they feed themselves on human blood while their "victim" is still alive (since we saw Ken's after he drank James's blood and Tee's and the real killer's after they supposedly killed someone).

Also I went to check the third ep again just to check and actually I realised that while James kinda see Ken's aura and he's a bit idiriscent (for us viewers), James admit he can't see his colour so it could be that Ken's aura (and other Nours) gets "activated" by blood.
While after the discovery of Tee's body, I regarded it has rainbow because it changes colours from orange, to green and then bluish. But it could also the poor video resolution of my pc 😂

Or maybe it's really about their feelings and James can see their colours when they stop hiding their feeling or their powers.

James can definitely see Ken's aura even when he has not drink his blood, since he also saw some glimpse of it when he was drunk and walking with Ken on the bridge.

Also, I'm saying James knows that rainbows colored aura are "not human" because he says it himself after they run after Tee. You can see how James actually can see Tee's aura and he's also rainbow colored. To add to that, once they discover Tee's burned body, James sees a rainbow aura hiding in the forest (but doesn't manage to run after them), that's why they think another Nour killed Tee.
Plus if I'm not wrong even when his dad was killed he saw a rainbow/idiriscent colored aura of someone (that's also why he thinks his dad was killed by a Nour).

It think so. Most of them talk about being "possessed" by Nours and Ken plainly ask if the lady wanted to get turn into one so she could live forever with Tee.

About the aurea thing: until know James had only saw glimpses of Ken's aurea, like barely there shifts, so he wasn't able to dishern Ken's feelings or identity. But now he saw him "bare" for the first time, so he quickly realised that Ken is actually a Nour.

From what I understand, Nours (or not human beings) instead of having their aura shining one colour at a time, they just be rainbow colored (when they aren't masking their feelings).
That's why James reacted that way: Nours aren't good people to him and while until know he only saw glimpse about Ken's aura (so he wasn't sure about anything), now that he does, he's probably shocked to see that the man he trusted is actually a "enemy" to him.

I need to see James's reaction after he realised cause this can go to bad to downright awful very quickly and I don't want to see either of them suffer 🥲

Ngl the chemestry is out the roof, like they do fit well together and Tong and Boss are doing a pretty convincing job at making me believe their characters are actually attracted (physically) to each other.

Well, yeah, I'd go crazy too if I was James lmaoo Ken is freaking hard to read, but his attraction to James is unmistakable (damn, he was the one to cross the line first). So the poor boy must be confused as hell as why Ken keeps pushing him away even after all those sweet moments.
And now that he was fighting to get accepted by Ken's side, once the man let him, James suddenly realised /what/ actually is Ken. So I'm double heartbroken because our sunshine boy is gonna feel so betrayed, but Ken? He was about to let him in just to find himself alone again.

James is another level of reckless lmao (who dives in for another kiss after a whole ass fight AND being punched? my man 😂) but honestly I do get him because tbh from James's point of view Ken is making no sense.
James has this mesmerisingly beautiful doctor who is trying his best to not fall for his charm but failing miserably, he gets close and then reject him out of fear (of hurting him and about himself too. I guess Ken's already lost someone dear to him once and he does not want to repeat the experience. But James can't know that).

I wonder how our sunshine boy is gonna react now that he managed to make Ken "shines" by making lose control over his feelings. James know that the rainbow aurea is specific to Nours (or not human beings) so I'm very curios to see what shit is about to go down, since well, Nours aren't very nice people in his books.

Unfortunately I am not digging the parallel storyline between the other doctor and his assistant (even if they're gonna be pretty relevant to the plot, I suspect) so I kinda wished to have more of our main leads or idk everyone else. I find even the police collegues or the kids (little brother & friend) more entertaining.

Also off topic but I need to rent a little about just how beautiful Ken is because, oh my god? That scene where he wipes away the blood from James's lips with his thumb and the proceed lick it away, gosh, now that was hot as fuck.

How am I supposed to wait until next week now. Damn.
