ISWAK and Autumn's Concerto are better classics to remake, IMO(Though I'd probably never watch them because I…
The ML himself. Those who watched it when it had just released may forgive it because of the strong nostalgia it gives, but anyone watching for the first time in 2022 cant brush over it. I have a high tolerance for jerk MLs but this guy was a little too much for me
1. Dongfang QingCang: "Weren't you quite arrogant just now?" - decides to choke her to death because of this -…
Another one: The absolute SHADE when DFQC and Changheng are paying respects to the former GOW: "In this life, you were my only opponent." While present GOW Changheng is standing right there 😂😂
Guys give me names of dramas like this, Im in limbo right now i have the time but all i do is fishing bts of this…
Theres Love & Destiny and Ashes of Love - those xianxias are awesome but idk how you'll like it after watching Moon Supreme. This drama just replaced Ashes of Love as my favorite xianxia ever.
However, both dramas I mentioned have a good cast and strong leads. I honestly can't decide between Phoenix Deng Lun(AOL) and Moon Supreme Dylan Wang so they both will have to share the top spot in my heart. God of War Chang Chen comes close too.
Agree. You can’t expect XLH to fall head over heels in love when she knows he’s a prisoner. It’s already…
What you said is all right but her "selfishness" doesn't really make her stand out from other xianxia FLs... I've watched L&D and Ashes of Love and both FLs become similar to this after they go through trials or whatever and find out they're powerful. For me, it was her past self's ride-or-die character that set her apart. The rest mostly follows the same xianxia pattern.
Even setting aside my love for Dylan, I'm sick of how much they make leads unnecessarily suffer.
Ikr, I think that's absurd, try to drag that case for no reason. I even thought that she wants him to give her…
its a generic trope but I think it was justified here because they had to connect the main plot(ML investigating his mom's death) to her. this isn't some "We played together and promised to marry each other when we were four and now we're meeting again" sort of storyline
I say satisfactory. I feel they rushed it a bit in the end, to cram it all in. Its the only xianxia I have ever…
Xianxia writers dont seem capable of writing a satisfying ending... loved both Ashes of Love and Love & Destiny but the endings were so rushed and just satisfactory
I agree... Not a big fan of Park Bo Gum. But might be a solid director and script can make him shine. I'm just…
then we'll just agree to disagree. I loved his portrayal of a reckless Crown Prince maturing into a wise leader. His expressions and actions were all so on point and his character was layered.
"In this life, you were my only opponent."

I wish they didnt rush it but I did love the mutual respect and wonderfu directing, acting, and production. 🥰
